How much is a cruise transfer from Theresa Park?
A fixed $259 one way for one or two passengers, up to $359 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published cruise fare — the same whichever terminal you sail from.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
Both terminals, same price. White Bay (73 km from here) is the easier approach; the OPT at Circular Quay (75 km) has the tighter kerb but puts you right on the harbour.
How long is the drive from Theresa Park to the terminal?
About 1 hr 8 min for the 73 km to White Bay, and 1 hr 12 min for the 75 km to Circular Quay. The motorway part is predictable; the last two kilometres into either terminal are the slow bit on a sail day, and that is already inside the time we quote.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
From your boarding window rather than the departure time on the ticket. Cruise lines board by deck and luggage tag across several hours, so the useful number is when your deck can board — we work back from that, plus the drive and the terminal approach.
How much luggage can you take?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. On a sail day the luggage usually outranks the passenger count when we choose the class.
Is a deposit required?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Theresa Park page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $359, about $33 a seat. On a cruise run the luggage is the limit rather than the seats, so tell us the case count and we will be straight with you about whether it all fits.
Could we get to White Bay on public transport?
Realistically no. The luggage is what rules it out — it is not the distance, it is the four changes and the stairs.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves. Give us the ages at booking.
Will you collect at 4am for a morning boarding?
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Theresa Park is quiet enough after dark that a car in the driveway is noticeable.
Can you take us to the airport as well?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Theresa Park to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
A day or two outside the peak. Over the summer sailing season, considerably more; that is when the terminals and the fleet are both busiest.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal on a cruise booking and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
Is there a cancellation fee?
One message reschedules it, free. Cruise itineraries move more often than flight times do, which is one reason we take no deposit.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
As close as the marshals allow, which at both terminals is the entrance itself.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Mount Hunter, Brownlow Hill, Glenmore, The Oaks and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
