What does the run from Badgerys Creek to Theresa Park cost?
$139 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $199 for a full eleven-seat minibus. Airport pickups carry a set $10 fee on top of the published fare.
What is the meeting point at Badgerys Creek?
P7 Rideshare Pickup Area. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is one hall and one meeting point — no guessing between terminals and no shuttle between them.
How far is Theresa Park from Western Sydney Airport?
About 36 min for the 29 km, on a route that carries no tolls. From Mascot the same trip is 66 km, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves you 37 km of driving at the end of a flight.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, on your side. We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft. An hour of waiting from touchdown is included on an international arrival and forty minutes on a domestic one, measured from when you actually land.
What happens to the booking if the airline reroutes me?
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Do I have to pay before I fly?
Nothing is payable in advance and no card is stored. The fare is settled when you get home.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Horse property gates and long approaches. Several look identical from the road at night; the property name is more use to the driver than the number.
Does the airport metro help me get home?
Not to this district. A metro serves the airport from St Marys, which is the wrong direction for Theresa Park — you would end up further from home than when you started, with your luggage.
Is it worth pre-booking at a brand-new airport?
At a brand-new airport, more than usually. Nobody knows yet how the rank will behave when several flights land together, and a 29 km fare out to this district is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already waiting and already priced.
Can a group of eleven be met by one vehicle?
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle, at $199 for the group. Split across two aircraft, we can wait for the second or send two vehicles — your choice.
Do you charge for child restraints?
Free, and installed in advance. Tell us the ages at booking — the restraints go in before we drive to the airport, not in the pickup zone with you standing there.
Do you run late at night?
Yes — pickups from 8pm to 10pm add $10, and after 10pm $20. Theresa Park is quiet enough after dark that a car in the driveway is noticeable.
Can I book an arrival transfer yet?
We are taking arrival bookings now, on the ordinary terms — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
Can you pick us up from Mascot as well?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 66 km from here — meeting points, terminal by terminal, and the free waiting times are on the Sydney Airport to Theresa Park page.
When should I book the trip home?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the airport's opening weeks, earlier is better.
Do you serve the towns from the new airport?
Mount Hunter, Brownlow Hill, Glenmore, The Oaks and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published arrival fare.
