What does the run from Bringelly to the cruise terminal cost?
A fixed $179 one way for one or two passengers, up to $279 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published cruise fare — the same whichever terminal you sail from.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
Both. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name the one you need — from Bringelly it is 51 km to White Bay and 53 km to the Quay.
How long is the drive from Bringelly to the terminal?
White Bay is 47 min away, Circular Quay 52 min. Both figures are door to terminal, and both include an allowance for the queue at the far end.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
How much luggage can you take?
That is the question that picks the vehicle. A cruise generates more luggage than a flight, so tell us the case count as well as the headcount and we send something with the boot for it — a sedan for a couple travelling light, a people mover or minibus for anything more.
Do I pay before the sailing?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Bringelly page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $279, about $25 a seat. On a cruise run the luggage is the limit rather than the seats, so tell us the case count and we will be straight with you about whether it all fits.
Is there a train or bus to the cruise terminal?
Not sensibly. White Bay has no rail station and the bus connections from Bringelly involve several changes with your cruise luggage. Circular Quay has a station, but getting to it from here with the cases is the trip you were trying to avoid.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves. Give us the ages at booking.
Are early pickups a problem?
Every day of the year, with no weekend or holiday loading. Early sail-day starts are ordinary work; pickups before 6am add $20. Bringelly is the one address where the return leg from Kingsford Smith feels absurdly long compared with the alternative — the new airport is under ten minutes away.
How much notice do you need?
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
Can you collect from several addresses in one booking?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal on a cruise booking and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
What if our sailing is cancelled or moved?
One message reschedules it, free. Cruise itineraries move more often than flight times do, which is one reason we take no deposit.
Do you drop at the terminal doors or a car park?
The doors. Both terminals marshal the kerb hard on a sail day, which is exactly why the pickup time allows for it.
Do you serve the towns for sailings?
Grasmere, Cobbitty, Camden South, Cawdor and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
