How much is a transfer from Theresa Park to Western Sydney Airport?
Between $219 and $419, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Theresa Park, Badgerys Creek is $139 and Mascot $219.
Is Western Sydney International open for flights?
We are taking bookings for departures from that date now, on exactly the same terms as every other run — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
How far is Western Sydney Airport from Theresa Park?
Roughly 36 min to cover 29 km. The saving against the 66 km Mascot run is 37 km, and more importantly it is a run that does not go through the tunnel.
Should I use Badgerys Creek or Mascot?
It is: 29 km rather than 66 km. The distance saving is 37 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
Where does the driver set us down at the new airport?
At the departures forecourt. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is no guessing between domestic and international and no shuttle between them — the vehicle stops at the door and the bags come out with you.
Do I pay before I travel?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day, which is also why there is no cancellation fee if your plans change.
How do you work out the pickup time?
From your boarding time, not a round number. Give us the flight number and we set the exact pickup around the 36 min drive.
Do you drive to Badgerys Creek at 3am?
Any hour, including public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. A 3am start is a normal shift rather than a special request.
Is there public transport to Western Sydney Airport?
There is a metro planned for the airport itself, but it does not come anywhere near Theresa Park — reaching it means a drive or several changes before you even start, which is usually the trip you were trying to avoid.
What is the largest group you can take to Badgerys Creek?
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $199. Beyond eleven we run a second vehicle and quote it in advance.
Do you fit capsules and boosters?
Yes and no charge. The ages matter at booking so the right restraints are already in the car.
What happens if the airline moves my flight?
We move the booking free of charge. On the return leg we also track the flight number, so a late arrival shifts the pickup automatically.
Do you also do the Sydney Airport run?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 66 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Theresa Park to Sydney Airport page.
Do you carry luggage, or just passengers?
The vehicle is chosen from your bag count as much as your headcount, and the driver loads and unloads it. A sedan takes two large cases and two carry-ons; the minibus takes eleven people's worth.
Is it a private car or a shared shuttle?
Private, always. One vehicle carries your party and nobody else, and it drives from your address to the terminal without another pickup on the way.
How much notice do you need for a WSI run?
A day or two outside the peak weeks; more for a minibus or for January. Booking the return leg at the same time saves thinking about it twice.
Can you drop somewhere else at Badgerys Creek?
The passenger terminal is the usual drop, but the aerotropolis precinct around it is the same run and the same fare. Give us the exact address when you book.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Mount Hunter, Brownlow Hill, Glenmore, The Oaks and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to Badgerys Creek.
