How much is a cruise transfer from Nattai?
A fixed $319 one way for one or two passengers, up to $459 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published cruise fare — the same whichever terminal you sail from.
Which terminal will my ship sail from?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 132 km from Nattai; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 134 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How much time should we allow for the drive?
About 3 hr 19 min for the 132 km to White Bay, and 3 hr 24 min for the 134 km to Circular Quay. The motorway part is predictable; the last two kilometres into either terminal are the slow bit on a sail day, and that is already inside the time we quote.
What time will you pick us up on sail day?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
How much luggage can you take?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. On a sail day the luggage usually outranks the passenger count when we choose the class.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day you sail.
Do you do the return leg too?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Nattai page.
Do you have a vehicle for a group sailing?
One minibus takes eleven for $459. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
What are the alternatives to a booked car?
Not sensibly. White Bay has no rail station and the bus connections from Nattai involve several changes with your cruise luggage. Circular Quay has a station, but getting to it from here with the cases is the trip you were trying to avoid.
Are child seats available?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves. Give us the ages at booking.
Are early pickups a problem?
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Wilderness-edge country in the dark, with no lighting, no traffic and a surface that changes with the weather.
How much notice do you need?
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
We are travelling with family from two houses — is that possible?
Within one suburb, yes, and at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly than squeeze it.
Can we change the booking after the cruise line changes the date?
Tell us and the booking moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
How close do you get to the ship?
The doors. Both terminals marshal the kerb hard on a sail day, which is exactly why the pickup time allows for it.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Bindook, Yerranderie, Wombeyan Caves, Yanderra and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
