You message from the terminal doors, we come in. Transfers from the cruise terminals out to Nattai — the bushland locality on the Nattai River, at the edge of the wilderness area that shares its name — with room for everything the holiday came home with.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets disembarking cruise passengers at both Sydney terminals and drives them home to Nattai (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is 132 km from the Nattai Road turnoff near Mittagong, about 3 hr 19 min; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 134 km, about 3 hr 24 min. The fare is $319 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $459 for eleven in one vehicle, and it matches the sail-day fare exactly. Disembarkation is released by luggage tag rather than a published time, so there is no booked minute to miss: you message from the terminal doors and the driver comes in, with no meter running while you queue. Nothing is payable in advance. Book it with the outbound leg and the whole trip is settled. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
The run home is priced exactly like the run out: $319 one way for one or two passengers, with the same steps above that.

The fare does not move because the ship docked late, because the queue was long, or because it is a Sunday. Tolls and GST are inside it. No prepayment, no card details on file. You settle it when you arrive. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The fare was set before you sailed. Whatever the morning looks like at the terminal, the number does not move.
Waiting when you land
We size the vehicle before you sail, from the cases you are taking plus whatever the holiday adds.

The drive home
Allow about 3 hr 19 min for the 132 km from White Bay at Rozelle to the Nattai Road turnoff near Mittagong, and about 3 hr 24 min for the 134 km from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Home from the wharf with cases aboard on a track that may have changed since you left. We confirm the condition before setting out.
Getting out of the terminal precinct is the slow part on disembarkation morning, not the motorway. Once past the Anzac Bridge the run usually clears, and the whole of that allowance is inside the fare rather than on a meter.
Sailing out rather than home? Boarding-window timing and the sail-day fare are on the Nattai cruise transfers page.
How the morning actually runs
A ship does not release everyone at once, so a cruise pickup cannot be booked to a minute. It is arranged around your message from the terminal doors instead. Here is how each part of the morning works.
No fixed pickup time and nothing to miss. The driver is nearby from early and waits for your word.
Ships arrive when they arrive. Waiting for one is part of the fare, not an extra on it.
Cancelled sailing or a changed itinerary? One message moves the booking. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.
One message from the terminal doors is all it takes on the day.
Where we meet you

The driver stays close to the White Bay terminal and moves on your text. Nothing is charged for the wait.
The OPT sits right on the Quay with almost no waiting room, so we wait a street away and pull in when you are through.
Then it is a single drive to the door, with the cases handled at both ends. If the track is wet we may suggest meeting at Mittagong rather than attempting the last section. That is a conversation we would rather have at booking than at midnight.
The two terminals
White Bay at Rozelle is 132 km from Nattai and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 134 km. Your cruise documents name the one your ship berths at; both are met on the same terms and at the same fare.

about 3 hr 24 min · Circular Quay, tightest kerb of the two
The city terminal, right on the harbour, with almost no waiting room at the kerb — which is why the driver holds nearby and comes in on your message.
$319 from either terminal. Rozelle or Circular Quay, weekday or weekend, early release or late — the fare was set by your suburb and your group size.
Get Free QuoteGetting home from the harbour
A whole ship empties into one rank inside about two hours, and the luggage rules out most of the alternatives. Worth reading before you sail rather than while you are standing there.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $319 fixed | ~3 hr 19 min, door to door | one vehicle, one run home, at a number you already know |
| Train and a walk | Opal fares, plus a lift at the far end | 2 hrs or more, with the cases | White Bay has no station at all, and from Circular Quay it is a change and then still a car at the Nattai end — with a fortnight of luggage |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~3 hr 19 min if a car accepts | wilderness-edge country in the dark, with no lighting, no traffic and a surface that changes with the weather |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~3 hr 19 min plus retrieving the car | neither terminal has long-stay parking, so it means a fortnight of inner-west parking fees and then finding the car with the cases |
Neither cruise terminal has long-stay parking of its own, and neither is reachable from Nattai without a car at one end. The honest summary: a solo traveller with a cabin bag can make the train from Circular Quay work; two people with a fortnight of luggage cannot.
Landing as a group

Eleven disembarking passengers travel home in one vehicle for $459 — about $42 a seat, against three cars from a rank an entire ship is queuing at. Everyone leaves together, which on that morning is worth more than the saving.
Send the ship, the date, the headcount and an honest bag count. Groups coming off a cruise routinely have more luggage than the seat count implies, and it is far better to know that now than at the terminal.
The rank, honestly
Three thousand passengers come off at once and the queue reflects it. A booked driver is not in that queue.
Metered pricing on a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Yours was agreed before you sailed.
A rank car that fits four people rarely fits four people's cruise luggage. Ours was chosen for it.
Why book the arrival
Two minutes at home saves the worst hour of the trip back.
Ships release by tag colour over a couple of hours, so we work off your word instead.
Customs, the hall and the queue for the lift are all free time on this booking.
Card, cash or PayID when you get home, with an invoice by email if you want one.
Duty free, gifts and a fortnight of washing all have to fit somewhere.
Capsules and boosters installed in advance.

Arrival questions
A fixed $319 one way for one or two passengers, up to $459 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
You message us when you are actually through, and the driver comes to the terminal doors. Cruise lines call passengers down by luggage tag across a couple of hours, so there is no booked minute to miss and no penalty for a slow morning.
Nothing is charged for waiting. A late berthing, a long customs queue or a slow lift are all free time here.
132 km and roughly 3 hr 19 min from Rozelle; 134 km and about 3 hr 24 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
Both terminals, same price. The OPT has the tighter kerb, which is why we wait nearby and come in on your message rather than sitting on it.
That is exactly why we ask for a case count at booking. A cruise comes home heavier than it left, and the vehicle is chosen for the boot rather than the seats.
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens at the end of the trip.
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. If the track is wet we may suggest meeting at Mittagong rather than attempting the last section. That is a conversation we would rather have at booking than at midnight.
The gap is widest exactly when you need it least — a whole ship emptying into one rank inside two hours. A pre-booked vehicle is not part of that.
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $459, about $42 a seat. With a full cruise load we will be straight with you about whether the luggage fits alongside the people.
Yes and no charge — the ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the car.
There is no train at White Bay, and from Circular Quay to Nattai is a long trip with several changes and a walk at both ends. The bags are what rule it out.
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Nattai cruise transfers page.
Within one suburb, yes, at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly.
Tell us and it moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
