Badgerys Creek from Yerranderie, done properly. the old silver-mining town deep in the Burragorang, reached only by unsealed road and long since emptied of its miners — and the run to the new terminal avoids the M5 East entirely, which is most of why it is quicker.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Yerranderie (NSW 2787) to Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The airport takes passengers, and it is 317 km from the Yerranderie Regional Park gate to the terminal, about 5 hr 15 min. That is 7 km shorter than the 324 km run to Kingsford Smith, and our route carries no tolls. The fare is $739 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $909 for eleven in one vehicle — the Sydney Airport run from here is $769. Nothing is payable in advance. Book it with the flight and there is nothing left to arrange. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare, each airport
Each suburb has its own Western Sydney fare, usually below the Mascot run — $769 for one or two people.

|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $739 | couples and solo travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $779 | a family of three with cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $779 | four adults and luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $829 | school-holiday family runs |

| 8 | Minibus | $879 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $909 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $909 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $909 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
Tolls, GST, child restraints and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are inside that number, and there is no public-holiday loading. Nothing is charged when you book. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Does WSI have its own fare? Yes — $739 for one or two passengers, against $769 to Kingsford Smith, because the price follows the distance from your street and the vehicle you need.

Every class includes the same things. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The western run
Allow about 5 hr 15 min for the 317 km from the Yerranderie Regional Park gate to the terminal forecourt. Western Sydney Airport is meaningfully closer than Kingsford Smith from Yerranderie, but the access road, not the airport, sets the timing.
The same trip to Kingsford Smith is 324 km and about 5 hr 25 min, so Badgerys Creek saves 7 km — and, more usefully, it skips the M5 East and the airport tunnel, which is where the Mascot run loses its time on a bad morning.
Arriving rather than departing? The meeting points and free waiting times are on the Western Sydney Airport to Yerranderie page.
Departure timing, worked backwards
Western Sydney International is a shorter drive than Mascot from here, so the alarm goes off later — but the terminal deadline works the same way. Here is how we set the pickup.
These are guides. Give us the flight number when you book and we set the exact time against it, including for the first wave of departures after the airport opens.
One terminal, one kerb

A single terminal is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport: no T1-versus-T3 confusion, no shuttle between buildings, just a forecourt and a door.
Coming back the other way, the driver meets you inside the arrivals area with your name, and the flight is tracked so a delay moves the pickup at no cost.
Going out, we collect you at your own address at a time worked back from the terminal deadline — not a meeting point down the road.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 324 km from Yerranderie and Badgerys Creek is 317 km. The new airport wins on distance by 7 km and on route quality by rather more than that, but the older one still has the wider network of long-haul destinations. Here are both, honestly.
about 5 hr 25 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Where the long-haul network still is today, and where most flights out of this district leave from until the new airport's schedule fills out. Departure fares and leave-by times for Mascot are on the Yerranderie to Sydney Airport page.
about 5 hr 15 min · no tolls on our route
Even to the closer airport this is not a drive you improvise. The unsealed access sets the timing and the vehicle, and we quote it individually with the road condition confirmed beforehand.
$769 to Sydney Airport, $739 to Western Sydney. The fare is set by your suburb and your group size, not by the terminal at the far end — so switching airports after booking does not change the number.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with a road network built for it and a rail line that does not reach this district. That changes how the options compare.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $739 fixed | ~5 hr 15 min, door to door | a fare fixed in advance and a car that is on the sheet rather than hoped for |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, plus getting yourself to the line | 2 hrs or more, with changes | the airport metro runs from St Marys, not from Yerranderie — you would need to reach it with your luggage first, which is the trip you were trying to avoid |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~5 hr 15 min if a car accepts | no rank and no rideshare will take this run, at any hour |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~5 hr 15 min plus the car park shuttle | parking at a brand-new airport is untested at this stage, and it still means leaving a car sitting there for the length of the trip |
Fares, parking rates and the metro timetable at Western Sydney International will settle over its first months, so check anything time-sensitive before you rely on it. The honest summary for Yerranderie: for a departure from Badgerys Creek there is no realistic public transport option from this district, which is exactly why a fixed-fare car makes sense.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $909 — about $83 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 317 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $739 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cases carried to the boot and out again at the forecourt, with child restraints already fitted — not an argument about whether the pram fits.
Why pre-book the western run
You pay your suburb's published price whether you fly from Badgerys Creek or Mascot. Its own fare, usually below Sydney Airport.
The run from here goes up The Northern Road rather than through the M5 East and the airport tunnel — and the toll saving is already inside your fixed fare.
A single building means no guessing between domestic and international, and no shuttle bus between them.
No deposit and no card held. You pay the driver when you get there, by card, cash or PayID.
We are taking bookings now on exactly the same terms as every other run.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, installed before we arrive and included in the fare.

$739 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $909 for a full eleven-seat minibus. Western Sydney has its own published price list, usually below the Sydney Airport fare.
Bookings for that date onwards are already open at the published fare, with nothing charged until the day.
About 5 hr 15 min for the 317 km. That is 7 km shorter than the run to Kingsford Smith, and the route avoids the M5 East and the airport tunnel entirely.
Yes — 317 km against 324 km, a saving of 7 km, and our route to it carries no tolls. For 74 of the 75 suburbs we serve, Western Sydney is the closer airport; Darkes Forest on the escarpment is the single exception.
At the departures forecourt. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is no guessing between domestic and international and no shuttle between them — the vehicle stops at the door and the bags come out with you.
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
From your boarding time, not a round number. Give us the flight number and we set the exact pickup around the 5 hr 15 min drive.
Yes — the first departures and the last arrivals are ordinary work here, with set fees for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.
Not usefully from Yerranderie. A metro line is being built to serve the airport, but it runs between St Marys and the terminal rather than out to this district, so you would still need to get yourself across to it with your luggage.
Access here is unsealed and weather-dependent, so a run is arranged in advance rather than booked blind. Talk to us about the date and the road condition before you commit to a flight — we would rather be straight with you than leave you stranded.
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $909. Beyond eleven we run a second vehicle and quote it in advance.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for your address. Give us the ages at booking.
We move the booking free of charge. On the return leg we also track the flight number, so a late arrival shifts the pickup automatically.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 324 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Yerranderie to Sydney Airport page.
Luggage decides the vehicle, not the passenger count. Bulky items such as golf clubs, skis, surfboards and bikes are $10 each; tell us at booking.
Yours alone. There is no shared loop and no interchange — the word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the opening weeks of the new airport, earlier is better — the first schedules will be busy.
Terminal or precinct — both are covered by your suburb's published fare.
