Allow about 50 min for the 48 km from the Oakdale shops near the workers club to the terminal forecourt. Oakdale to WSI is a straightforward run through Bringelly and comes in well under the Kingsford Smith time.
The same trip to Kingsford Smith is 78 km and about 1 hr 12 min, so Badgerys Creek saves 30 km — and, more usefully, it skips the M5 East and the airport tunnel, which is where the Mascot run loses its time on a bad morning.
