A new airport, twenty minutes closer. Fixed-fare private transfers from Glenmore to Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek — farmland on the Nepean flats north of The Oaks, with Camden just over the rise — on a route with no tolls and no tunnel.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Glenmore (NSW 2570) to Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The airport takes passengers, and it is 40 km from the Glenmore Road corner to the terminal, about 44 min. That is 34 km shorter than the 74 km run to Kingsford Smith, and our route carries no tolls. The fare is $169 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $229 for eleven in one vehicle — the Sydney Airport run from here is $229. Nothing is payable in advance. Give us the date and the terminal time, and we do the arithmetic. Quote on 0427 143 612.

Booked before the airport opens. We are taking WSI bookings on the same terms as everything else — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
Matched to your group
Four classes, from a sedan for two to an eleven-seat minibus. The only difference between them is how many people and how much luggage fit.

The western run
Allow about 44 min for the 40 km from the Glenmore Road corner to the terminal forecourt. From Glenmore the new airport is roughly a third of the distance to Kingsford Smith. It is the clearest saving in the zone.
The same trip to Kingsford Smith is 74 km and about 1 hr 14 min, so Badgerys Creek saves 34 km — and, more usefully, it skips the M5 East and the airport tunnel, which is where the Mascot run loses its time on a bad morning.
Arriving rather than departing? The meeting points and free waiting times are on the Western Sydney Airport to Glenmore page.
Departure timing, worked backwards
We plan the pickup from your boarding time, not from a round number. The gain at Badgerys Creek is that the drive in front of it is shorter.
Rough figures until we have the flight. Once we do, the pickup is set against your boarding time rather than against an average.
One terminal, one kerb

Western Sydney International has a single terminal, which makes the drop straightforward: we pull into the forecourt, take the bags out and you walk in. No terminal to guess at and no interchange between domestic and international.
Returning, it works the same way in reverse: flight tracked from wheels-down, driver waiting in arrivals, and no charge for the delay.
Pickup is from your driveway at a time set by the flight, with nobody else in the vehicle and nothing else on the run sheet.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 74 km from Glenmore and Badgerys Creek is 40 km. The new airport wins on distance by 34 km and on route quality by rather more than that, but the older one still has the wider network of long-haul destinations. Here are both, honestly.
about 1 hr 14 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Where the long-haul network still is today, and where most flights out of this district leave from until the new airport's schedule fills out. Departure fares and leave-by times for Mascot are on the Glenmore to Sydney Airport page.
about 44 min · no tolls on our route
Through Camden and straight up The Northern Road. From Glenmore the new airport is about a third of the distance to Kingsford Smith — the clearest saving anywhere in The Oaks and Burragorang district.
$229 to Sydney Airport, $169 to Western Sydney. The fare is set by your suburb and your group size, not by the terminal at the far end — so switching airports after booking does not change the number.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with a road network built for it and a rail line that does not reach this district. That changes how the options compare.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $169 fixed | ~44 min, door to door | agreed before you book, driven without tolls, and paid only on the day |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, plus getting yourself to the line | 2 hrs or more, with changes | the airport metro runs from St Marys, not from Glenmore — you would need to reach it with your luggage first, which is the trip you were trying to avoid |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~44 min if a car accepts | glenmore is close enough to Camden that people assume something will be running |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~44 min plus the car park shuttle | parking at a brand-new airport is untested at this stage, and it still means leaving a car sitting there for the length of the trip |
Fares, parking rates and the metro timetable at Western Sydney International will settle over its first months, so check anything time-sensitive before you rely on it. The honest summary for Glenmore: for a departure from Badgerys Creek there is no realistic public transport option from this district, which is exactly why a fixed-fare car makes sense.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $229 — about $21 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 40 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $169 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cases carried to the boot and out again at the forecourt, with child restraints already fitted — not an argument about whether the pram fits.
Why pre-book the western run
The number was set by where you live and how many seats you need. The airport at the far end does not enter into it.
Our route to Badgerys Creek avoids the tolled motorways entirely — and the toll saving is already inside your fixed fare anyway.
For most of this district WSI is closer than Kingsford Smith, and that shows up as an extra half hour in bed.
Nothing is taken at booking, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Bookings are open now, at the published fare.
Tell us the children's ages when you book and the right seats are in the vehicle before it leaves.

$229 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $429 for a full eleven-seat minibus. Western Sydney has its own published price list, usually below the Sydney Airport fare.
Bookings for that date onwards are already open at the published fare, with nothing charged until the day.
About 44 min for the 40 km. That is 34 km shorter than the run to Kingsford Smith, and the route avoids the M5 East and the airport tunnel entirely.
Yes — 40 km against 74 km, a saving of 34 km, and our route to it carries no tolls. For 74 of the 75 suburbs we serve, Western Sydney is the closer airport; Darkes Forest on the escarpment is the single exception.
One terminal, one kerb. We pull into the departures forecourt, unload the cases and you walk in. The single-building layout is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport.
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day, which is also why there is no cancellation fee if your plans change.
From your boarding time, not a round number. Give us the flight number and we set the exact pickup around the 44 min drive.
Yes — the first departures and the last arrivals are ordinary work here, with set fees for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.
Rail serves the airport from St Marys, not from Glenmore. Getting to that line with checked bags is the problem the transfer solves.
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle, at $229 for the group. That is almost always less than two or three separate cars, and it keeps everyone together.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for your address. Give us the ages at booking.
One message reschedules it. No money has changed hands, so a change costs you nothing.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 74 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Glenmore to Sydney Airport page.
The vehicle is chosen from your bag count as much as your headcount, and the driver loads and unloads it. A sedan takes two large cases and two carry-ons; the minibus takes eleven people's worth.
Yours alone. There is no shared loop and no interchange — the word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
Anything from a day ahead usually works, though the holiday periods and the airport's first months fill earlier.
Anywhere in the airport precinct, at the same price. The terminal forecourt is simply where most bookings end.
