What is the fare from Silverdale to White Bay?
A fixed $229 one way for one or two passengers, up to $319 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published cruise fare — the same whichever terminal you sail from.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 63 km from Silverdale; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 68 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How much time should we allow for the drive?
63 km and roughly 1 hr to Rozelle; 68 km and about 1 hr 4 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How early do we need to leave?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
Do you have room for a fortnight's packing?
That is the question that picks the vehicle. A cruise generates more luggage than a flight, so tell us the case count as well as the headcount and we send something with the boot for it — a sedan for a couple travelling light, a people mover or minibus for anything more.
When do I actually pay?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Silverdale page.
Can eleven of us travel together?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle at $319. With a full cruise load we may suggest a second vehicle rather than promise something that will not close.
Is there a train or bus to the cruise terminal?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Silverdale means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Are child seats available?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves. Give us the ages at booking.
Do you run the very early sail-day starts?
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. No service of any kind reaches Silverdale at night.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Silverdale to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
How much notice do you need?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, but the January and Christmas cruise season fills much earlier — for those, book when you book the cabin.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Within one suburb, yes, and at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly than squeeze it.
What if our sailing is cancelled or moved?
Tell us and the booking moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
How close do you get to the ship?
The doors. Both terminals marshal the kerb hard on a sail day, which is exactly why the pickup time allows for it.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Warragamba, Wallacia, Camden Park, Mount Hunter and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
