The trip home from Sydney Airport to Camden Park — the estate country south-east of town, built around one of the oldest working properties in the state — done as a private transfer: your name at the meeting point, your luggage in the boot, and one agreed fare with no meter running.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Camden Park (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $199 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $399 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 60 km from the terminal to the Camden Park Road entrance, about 54 min. We watch the flight, not the clock. A delay moves the driver's departure for Camden Park at no cost, with an hour of free waiting at T1 and forty minutes at the domestic terminals. Nothing is payable in advance. Book both legs together and the return is done before you have packed. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fares, in both directions
The homeward leg is the outbound fare plus a $10 pickup fee: $199 for a couple, with fixed steps up as the group grows.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $199 | a couple off a long-haul flight |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $239 | three passengers and full-size cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $239 | four travelling together |
| 5 | People Mover | $279 | a family home from a trip |
| 6 | People Mover | $279 | two couples sharing the run |
| 7 | Minibus | $339 | three generations on one flight |
| 8 | Minibus | $339 | passengers off a ship |
| 9 | Minibus | $399 | guests arriving for a function |
| 10 | Minibus | $399 | work crews and touring parties |
| 11 | Minibus | $399 | eleven in one go |
The fare is set when you book and does not move for the date or the length of the queue at immigration. No prepayment, no card details on file. You settle it on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Arrivals are where transfers earn their keep. Getting to the airport is a solvable problem. Getting out of it at midnight with three cases is the part worth paying to remove.
Meeting your aircraft
We size the vehicle to the group and the cases in advance, so nothing has to be worked out in the arrivals hall.

The difference is space, not service. Every vehicle on this page comes with tolls and GST in the fare, restraints fitted at no cost, flight-number tracking and payment on the day you travel to Camden Park.
Distance and drive time
Allow about 54 min for the 60 km from the terminal to the Camden Park Road entrance. Off Camden Valley Way and onto the estate roads, where the pace drops immediately. It is a short leg but not a fast one — the internal roads are narrow and the approaches are long.
Traffic is asymmetric here. The queue that costs a 4am departure twenty minutes is on the other side of the road when you land, so arrival runs tend to come in at or under the estimate.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Camden Park to Sydney Airport page.
Disruption, handled
Nobody plans for the flight to slip three hours, so we plan for it instead: the pickup tracks the aircraft, not the timetable. What follows is what happens in each case.
Late is normal on long-haul, so the sheet updates itself from the flight number and the first hour after touchdown at T1 is on us.
At T2 and T3 you have forty minutes from wheels-down before waiting is even discussed, which comfortably covers a domestic bag belt.
If the flight is cancelled or you are rebooked, one message moves the transfer. Nothing has been charged, so nothing has to be refunded.
Give us the flight number rather than a landing time when you book — that is the single thing that makes the arrival look after itself.
Terminal by terminal

T1 is a terminal pickup: the driver is inside arrivals with your name, and walks you and the luggage out to the vehicle.
Domestic terminals have no arrivals hall to wait in, so the driver holds nearby and comes to the priority zone on your message.
After that the trip is yours alone: the car goes to your address and nowhere else. Estate gates and long internal drives. Agree at booking whether the driver comes to the house or stops at the entrance; in the dark the difference matters.
Western Sydney arrivals
Western Sydney International takes passengers, and we meet arrivals there with its own published fare, the same free waiting and the same door drop.
about 33 min · toll-free on our route
The return runs down The Northern Road and into the estate, where the internal roads are narrow and the approaches long. We agree at booking whether the driver comes to the house or stops at the entrance. Route detail on the Camden Park to WSI page.
about 54 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
Still the busier of the two for us: the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, priority pickup at the domestic terminals.
$199 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.

Worth reading before you fly rather than after you land, because the options look very different at 11pm.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $199 fixed | ~54 min, door to door | a named driver waiting past customs, the cases carried, one agreed price, no stops on the way |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Menangle or Picton at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~54 min if a car accepts | event guests returning late are a regular fixture |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~54 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Camden Park: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Eleven in one vehicle

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $399 — about $36 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. It suits anything that arrives together: a tour group, a team, or three generations of one family.
Give us the headcount, the luggage and the flight number up front. Groups arriving on separate flights are common, and both options — hold the vehicle, or run two pickups — are easier settled before you fly than at the kerb.
Against the taxi rank
Taxi queues at Sydney Airport build exactly when the big arrivals land together. A booked driver is already waiting and does not join a queue.
Metered and surge pricing on a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Yours was agreed before you left home.
A long run out of the city late at night is one plenty of drivers decline. Booked in advance, that is not a conversation you have to have.
Six reasons to pre-book
One message before you leave home covers the whole return leg, which is the part travellers most often leave to chance.
The difference between a good arrival and a bad one is whether a person is standing there when the doors open.
Free waiting is measured from touchdown, so a slow bag belt or a long immigration queue costs nothing.
There is nothing to pay in advance and no card taken. You settle with the driver at the door on the day — card, cash or PayID — and a tax invoice is emailed if asked for.
Ages at booking mean capsules and boosters are in the vehicle before it heads for the terminal, at no charge.
Public holidays are charged at the ordinary fare; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Common arrival questions
A fixed $199 one way for one or two passengers, up to $399 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the outbound fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee — set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm, and there is no public-holiday surcharge.
International arrivals are a terminal pickup: your name on a card inside the T1 hall, just past the customs doors, and help with the luggage from there. Domestic is a text from the baggage belt and the vehicle in the priority pickup zone as you reach the door.
60 km, normally about 54 min. You are driving away from Sydney's peak rather than into it, which is why the homeward leg tends to beat the outbound one on the same road.
No charge and no action needed from you. We watch the flight, the pickup shifts with it, and the free waiting allowance — an hour at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3 — only starts once the wheels are actually down.
One message rebooks it. Since no money has changed hands and no card is held, there is nothing to refund and no fee to argue about.
Nothing is payable in advance and no card is stored. The fare is settled with the driver when you get home — card, cash or PayID — with an emailed invoice on request.
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Estate gates and long internal drives. Agree at booking whether the driver comes to the house or stops at the entrance; in the dark the difference matters.
Only partway. Menangle or Picton is the practical limit, the airport station access fee is $18.61 a head on top of the Opal fare, and the remaining distance is a pickup you would have to arrange anyway.
Two things: certainty of price on a 60 km run, and certainty that a car exists at all. Both disappear at the rank on a busy night, which is generally the night you are landing.
Yes. Nothing about the booking changes: $199, free waiting from touchdown, and no advance payment.
Yes — eleven arriving passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $399, about $36 a seat. If the group is split across two flights, tell us and we will either hold the vehicle or run two pickups.
Yes and no charge. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before departure for the airport, which is why the ages matter at booking rather than on the day.
Yes — pickups from 8pm to 10pm add $10, and after 10pm $20. Event guests returning late are a regular fixture.
Anything from twenty-four hours ahead is usually fine, though peak holiday periods fill earlier. Booking the arrival alongside the departure saves thinking about it twice.
Just message. The driver will either be nearby already or will tell you precisely how long — we would rather give you an honest fifteen minutes than an optimistic five.
