You land, we are there. Private fixed-fare transfers from Sydney Airport out to Camden South — the residential slope south of the town centre, close enough to walk in and quiet enough to sleep through the early starts — with your flight watched from wheels-down and nothing to pay until you are home.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Camden South (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $179 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $389 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 58 km from the terminal to the Camden South shops on Cawdor Road, about 52 min. Your flight number does the work: the pickup moves with the aircraft, and the Camden South fare covers an hour of waiting at T1 or forty minutes at T2 and T3 from the moment the wheels touch. Nothing is payable in advance. Book both legs together and the return is done before you have packed. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed price, each direction
The homeward leg is the outbound fare plus a $10 pickup fee: $179 for a couple, with fixed steps up as the group grows.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $179 | couples and solo travellers landing together |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $229 | a family of three with checked bags |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $229 | four adults and their luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $269 | families home from a holiday |
| 6 | People Mover | $269 | two households on the same flight |
| 7 | Minibus | $329 | extended family arrivals |
| 8 | Minibus | $329 | cruise passengers off the ship |
| 9 | Minibus | $389 | wedding guests flying in |
| 10 | Minibus | $389 | teams and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $389 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
The fare is set when you book and does not move for the date or the length of the queue at immigration. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The return leg is the one worth booking. Getting out of Camden South is usually manageable. Getting home at midnight with luggage is the part that catches people out.
What meets your flight
We size the vehicle to the group and the cases in advance, so nothing has to be worked out in the arrivals hall.

No class is a better service than another. All four include the tolls, the GST, the child seats and the flight tracking, and none of them asks for money before the day. Pick on headcount and bags alone.
Terminal to door
Allow about 52 min for the 58 km from the terminal to the Camden South shops on Cawdor Road. Straight through Camden and south on Cawdor Road. It is a five-minute tail on the end of a Camden run and the streets are wide enough that the last leg costs nothing in time.
Heading out of the city is the kinder leg. The heavy traffic on the M5 East runs the other way in the morning peak, so an evening arrival usually clears the tunnel and keeps moving.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Camden South to Sydney Airport page.
When the flight moves
Nobody plans for the flight to slip three hours, so we plan for it instead: the pickup tracks the aircraft, not the timetable. What follows is what happens in each case.
The booking follows the aircraft. However late it lands, an hour from wheels-down at T1 is free, and the driver is there when you emerge.
Domestic gets forty minutes of free waiting, measured from the real landing time rather than the one printed on your booking.
Cancellations and reroutes are handled by phone or text at no cost — there is no deposit sitting with us to argue about.
One flight number does all the work here: it sets the pickup, absorbs the delay and tells the driver when to leave for the terminal.
Finding your driver

At T1 the driver is inside, past the customs doors, with a card showing your name — the terminal is the meeting point, not a car park level.
T2 and T3 work the other way round: you text from the baggage hall, and the vehicle is in the priority pickup area by the time you reach the doors.
After that the trip is yours alone: the car goes to your address and nowhere else. Suburban streets, clear numbering, easy access. If you have a pram and cases, tell us and the vehicle will be sized so nothing has to be carried twice.
The second airport
Western Sydney International takes passengers, and we meet arrivals there with its own published fare, the same free waiting and the same door drop.
about 31 min · toll-free on our route
Back down The Northern Road and through Camden into the quiet streets. The people mover is the usual vehicle out of this suburb and it is the usual one coming back, because the luggage does not shrink on the return leg. Route detail on the Camden South to WSI page.
about 52 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The overwhelming majority of arrivals we meet are here — inside the hall at T1, at the priority zone for T2 and T3.
Fixed fare, each airport: $179 from Sydney Airport. Three hours late or on time — the price was fixed when you booked, with set fees only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Worth reading before you fly rather than after you land, because the options look very different at 11pm.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $179 fixed | ~52 min, door to door | a named driver waiting past customs, the cases carried, one agreed price, no stops on the way |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Menangle or Campbelltown at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~52 min if a car accepts | family arrivals dominate here, and family arrivals mean tired children and a lot of luggage |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~52 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Camden South: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Arriving together

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $389 — about $35 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Flight number, passengers, bags. If the party is arriving on two different aircraft, that is not a problem, but tell us which you want for the Camden South run: one vehicle waiting for the second flight, or two separate pickups.
Compared with the rank
Ranks are fine at 2pm on a Tuesday. They are not fine at 11pm when four international flights have landed inside forty minutes.
Metered pricing on a run this long depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue. A fixed fare removes the question.
A long one-way run with no return fare is not every driver's preference. Ours is dispatched knowing exactly where it goes.
Reasons to book ahead
Nothing to arrange while you are tired, holding bags and looking for signal. It is on the sheet before you leave home.
Your name at the meeting point beats trying to find a pickup zone in a terminal you may not know well.
An hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, timed from the real landing and included in the fare.
There is nothing to pay in advance and no card taken. You settle with the driver at the door on the day — card, cash or PayID — and a tax invoice is emailed if asked for.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves for the terminal, at no extra cost.
Midnight arrivals, public holidays and the last flight of the night are ordinary work when the booking is in.

Questions about arrivals
$179 for one or two people, rising in steps to $389 for a full eleven-seat vehicle. The number is the departure fare plus the $10 pickup fee; Boxing Day does not change it, though a pickup after 10pm adds $20.
At T1 the driver waits inside the Rideshare Pickup Area inside the P7 building, holding your name, and carries the cases out to the vehicle. At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — send a text when you have your bag and the car is at the kerb as you walk out.
About 52 min for the 58 km. Westbound is usually the easier direction: the M5 East clears through the evening, so an arrival run often takes less time than the same trip at 4am in the other direction.
The delay is ours to absorb. Because the job is scheduled off the flight number, a three-hour slip just moves the departure from our end, and the included waiting time is counted from the moment you land rather than from the timetable.
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
No. There is no deposit and no card held. You pay the driver at your door on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
Yes — there is no interchange and no shared leg. Suburban streets, clear numbering, easy access. If you have a pram and cases, tell us and the vehicle will be sized so nothing has to be carried twice.
No. The furthest rail takes you is Menangle or Campbelltown, you pay $18.61 each just to leave the airport station, and the last leg still needs a car — normally somebody else's evening.
The gap widens exactly when it matters. Queues build around the big arrival banks, and a metered trip of 58 km has no knowable price until it ends. A pre-booked vehicle is unaffected by either.
Yes. It takes passengers and our arrival service starts with it, at its own published fare.
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle, and it is $389 for the lot — roughly $35 each. Split across two aircraft, we can wait for the second or send two vehicles, whichever you prefer.
All three types, included in the fare. The only thing we need is the children's ages at the time of booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle that meets you for the drive to Camden South.
Any hour, every night, holidays included. Family arrivals dominate here, and family arrivals mean tired children and a lot of luggage.
Two days is a comfortable margin, more in January and over the school breaks. Most bookings come in as a pair — out and back — which is the tidiest way to handle it.
Text the driver and you will get a straight answer. A fast exit usually means a short wait, and if it is longer than that we say so.
