The trip home from Sydney Airport to Cawdor — the farming valley south of Camden, where the road runs along the creek and the paddocks come right to the verge — done as a private transfer: your name at the meeting point, your luggage in the boot, and one agreed fare with no meter running.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Cawdor (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $169 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $399 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 62 km from the terminal to the Cawdor Road junction, about 58 min. We watch the flight, not the clock. A delay moves the driver's departure for Cawdor at no cost, with an hour of free waiting at T1 and forty minutes at the domestic terminals. Nothing is payable in advance. Book both legs together and the return is done before you have packed. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fares, in both directions
Arrivals are the departure fare plus the $10 pickup fee — $169 for one or two people, with the same bands above that.

| 4 | Kia Carnival | $239 | four travelling together |
| 5 | People Mover | $279 | a family home from a trip |
| 6 | People Mover | $279 | two couples sharing the run |
| 7 | Minibus | $339 | three generations on one flight |
| 8 | Minibus | $339 | passengers off a ship |
| 9 | Minibus | $399 | guests arriving for a function |
| 10 | Minibus | $399 | work crews and touring parties |
| 11 | Minibus | $399 | eleven in one go |
Delayed flights, holidays and long waits at the belt do not move the price. Nothing is added after the fact. Booking a Cawdor transfer costs nothing up front; you pay the driver on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The cheap decision is made in advance. Every option you have at the kerb is priced by the conditions of that night. The one you book from home is not.
Meeting your aircraft
The class is chosen before you land, from your passengers and your luggage — not decided at the kerb.

No class is a better service than another. All four include the tolls, the GST, the child seats and the flight tracking, and none of them asks for money before the day. Pick on headcount and bags alone.
Distance and drive time
Allow about 58 min for the 62 km from the terminal to the Cawdor Road junction. South out of Camden and down into the valley, following the creek. The descent is where fog sits through the colder months, and on those nights the last five minutes are taken slowly.
Traffic is asymmetric here. The queue that costs a 4am departure twenty minutes is on the other side of the road when you land, so arrival runs tend to come in at or under the estimate.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Cawdor to Sydney Airport page.
Disruption, handled
Late, early, diverted — all three are ordinary weeks for us. Because the pickup is driven by the flight number rather than a time you nominated, none of them costs you anything. The detail is below.
The booking follows the aircraft. However late it lands, an hour from wheels-down at T1 is free, and the driver is there when you emerge.
Forty minutes from touchdown at T2 and T3, measured from the actual landing rather than the timetable. Domestic bags come off faster and the allowance reflects that.
Diverted, cancelled or rebooked onto tomorrow? Call or message and we move the booking with no cancellation charge — there is nothing paid in advance to lose.
Give us the flight number rather than a landing time when you book — that is the single thing that makes the arrival look after itself.
Terminal by terminal

T1 is a terminal pickup: the driver is inside arrivals with your name, and walks you and the luggage out to the vehicle.
For T2 and T3 the driver waits in the priority pickup area. Send a text once you have your bag and the car is at the kerb as you reach the door.
Everything after that is one drive to your door — your party alone in the vehicle, and nowhere else to be. Valley properties set back from the road with long approaches. Leave a light on if you can — in fog even a familiar gate is hard to pick.
Western Sydney arrivals
Western Sydney International starts taking passengers, and arrivals there are handled as they are at Sydney Airport: a fixed fare, free waiting, driven to your door.
about 36 min · toll-free on our route
The return drops back into the valley at the end. Fog is a genuine factor between May and August and the driver will take the descent slowly rather than to a schedule. Route detail on the Cawdor to WSI page.
about 58 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
Every international arrival lands here for now, so this is where the terminal pickup work sits: past customs at T1, kerbside at domestic.
$169 either way. We do not price by terminal or by hour, and there is no $18.61 station charge to add, because the vehicle goes from the arrivals door to your address.
Get Free QuoteHow the alternatives stack up
Worth reading before you fly rather than after you land, because the options look very different at 11pm.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $169 fixed | ~58 min, door to door | a named driver waiting past customs, the cases carried, one agreed price, no stops on the way |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Menangle or Picton at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~58 min if a car accepts | valley fog after a long flight is exactly the combination you do not want to be driving yourself through |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~58 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Cawdor: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Eleven in one vehicle

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $399 — about $36 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups to Cawdor — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
Against the taxi rank
Ranks are fine at 2pm on a Tuesday. They are not fine at 11pm when four international flights have landed inside forty minutes.
Metered pricing on a run this long depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue. A fixed fare removes the question.
A long one-way run with no return fare is not every driver's preference. Ours is dispatched knowing exactly where it goes.
Six reasons to pre-book
It takes two minutes now and saves the worst twenty minutes of the trip later.
Your name on a card past customs, rather than a pin dropped in a car park you have never seen.
Sixty minutes at T1 and forty at T2 and T3, timed from the real landing rather than the schedule.
There is nothing to pay in advance and no card taken. You settle with the driver at the door on the day — card, cash or PayID — and a tax invoice is emailed if asked for.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, fitted in advance from the ages you give us.
No date carries a surcharge on this service; set fees apply only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Common arrival questions
$169 for one or two people, rising in steps to $399 for a full eleven-seat vehicle. The number is the departure fare plus the $10 pickup fee; Boxing Day does not change it, though a pickup after 10pm adds $20.
At T1 the driver waits inside the Rideshare Pickup Area inside the P7 building, holding your name, and carries the cases out to the vehicle. At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — send a text when you have your bag and the car is at the kerb as you walk out.
About 58 min for the 62 km. Westbound is usually the easier direction: the M5 East clears through the evening, so an arrival run often takes less time than the same trip at 4am in the other direction.
The delay is ours to absorb. Because the job is scheduled off the flight number, a three-hour slip just moves the departure from our end, and the included waiting time is counted from the moment you land rather than from the timetable.
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
No. There is no deposit and no card held. You pay the driver at your door on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
Yes — there is no interchange and no shared leg. Valley properties set back from the road with long approaches. Leave a light on if you can — in fog even a familiar gate is hard to pick.
No. The furthest rail takes you is Menangle or Picton, you pay $18.61 each just to leave the airport station, and the last leg still needs a car — normally somebody else's evening.
The gap widens exactly when it matters. Queues build around the big arrival banks, and a metered trip of 62 km has no knowable price until it ends. A pre-booked vehicle is unaffected by either.
Yes. It takes passengers and our arrival service starts with it, at its own published fare.
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle, and it is $399 for the lot — roughly $36 each. Split across two aircraft, we can wait for the second or send two vehicles, whichever you prefer.
All three types, included in the fare. The only thing we need is the children's ages at the time of booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle that meets you for the drive to Cawdor.
Any hour, every night, holidays included. Valley fog after a long flight is exactly the combination you do not want to be driving yourself through.
Two days is a comfortable margin, more in January and over the school breaks. Most bookings come in as a pair — out and back — which is the tidiest way to handle it.
Text the driver and you will get a straight answer. A fast exit usually means a short wait, and if it is longer than that we say so.
