What is the fare from Circular Quay to Camden South?
A fixed $209 one way for one or two passengers, up to $319 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
What time will you collect us?
There is no fixed pickup time, because there is nothing reliable to fix it to. The driver is nearby from early and pulls in on your text.
Is there a meter running while we queue?
No meter and no clock. The fare was fixed before you sailed and the wait does not change it.
How long will we be in the car?
65 km and roughly 54 min from Rozelle; 66 km and about 59 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
Do you meet ships at both terminals?
Both, each with its own published fare. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name it — from Camden South it is 65 km from White Bay and 66 km from the Quay.
How much can you carry on the way home?
That is exactly why we ask for a case count at booking. A cruise comes home heavier than it left, and the vehicle is chosen for the boot rather than the seats.
When do I actually pay?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at your door on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Can you take us straight to our door?
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Suburban streets, clear numbering, easy access. If you have a pram and cases, tell us and the vehicle will be sized so nothing has to be carried twice.
Is a booked car better than the rank at the terminal?
The gap is widest exactly when you need it least — a whole ship emptying into one rank inside two hours. A pre-booked vehicle is not part of that.
What is the largest group you can meet?
One minibus takes eleven for $319, which beats three cars from the rank on both price and on everyone leaving together.
Do you fit capsules and boosters for the drive home?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for the terminal.
Is there public transport from the cruise terminals?
There is no train at White Bay, and from Circular Quay to Camden South is a long trip with several changes and a walk at both ends. The bags are what rule it out.
Do you also do the sail-day run?
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Camden South cruise transfers page.
Do you do multiple drop-offs?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
Can we move the booking?
One message reschedules it, free. Itineraries move more often than flight times, which is one reason we take no deposit.
How will the driver know we are off the ship?
Message us when you are actually out. Nothing before that matters, because the release order is by luggage tag and no one can predict it.
Which suburbs nearby do you also drive home from the terminals?
Grasmere, Cobbitty, Bringelly, Camden and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
