How much is a transfer from Sydney Airport to Bargo?
One or two passengers pay $235; the largest vehicle, carrying eleven, is $385. The arrival price is the departure price plus a $10 pickup fee, with no loading for the date.
Where does the driver meet me at Sydney Airport?
T1: cross to the P7 building opposite arrivals and meet the driver in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside it. T2 and T3: a text from the carousel, then the vehicle at the priority pickup point as you walk through the doors.
How long does it take to get from the airport to Bargo?
Allow 1 hr 9 min for the 83 km. It is the quicker of the two directions — the congestion that slows a pre-dawn departure sits on the other carriageway when you land.
My flight is running late — does that cost extra?
Nothing, on your side. We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft and a full hour of waiting from touchdown is included at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3 — measured from when you actually land.
What if I get rebooked onto a different flight?
We reschedule it, at no charge. Nothing is paid up front, which is precisely why an airline cancellation is an inconvenience rather than a financial loss.
Is a deposit required when I book?
Not a cent. Booking holds nothing on your card; you pay on the day, at the door, and the tax invoice follows by email if you need it for work.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Bargo's newer streets are fine; the older acreage blocks off the highway are the ones worth flagging. If your driveway is shared or unmarked, mention it and the driver will confirm before pulling in.
Is the train from the airport a realistic option?
It works if you land early and travel light — airport line to Central, change, then the Southern Highlands train. Budget the $18.61 station access fee per adult, well over two hours, and no service at all once the evening arrivals start landing.
Is a booked transfer better than the taxi rank?
On a quiet afternoon the rank is fine. On the night three widebodies land within the hour it is not, and a 83 km run at midnight is a fare some drivers decline outright. Yours is assigned and fixed before you board.
Is it the same service coming off a ship?
Yes, regularly. From Bargo it is 90 km (1 hr 10 min) to White Bay and 92 km (1 hr 15 min) to the Overseas Passenger Terminal. Disembarkation times are never exact, so the driver waits nearby and comes in when you message.
What about arrivals into the new Badgerys Creek airport?
Yes, at that airport's own published fare. The free waiting and the door drop are the same, and the fare is that airport's own published price.
Can eleven of us travel in a single vehicle?
Yes, in an eleven-seat minibus at $385 for the whole group, which works out near $35 a head. Groups arriving on different flights are handled either by holding the vehicle or by running two pickups.
Are child seats available on arrival transfers?
Free, and installed in advance. Tell us the ages at booking — the restraints go in before we drive to the airport, not in the pickup zone with you standing there.
Do you cover the last arrivals of the day?
Yes — the late bank of arrivals is routine work here. Bargo's station shuts and the buses stop early, so a late landing means the car or nothing.
How much notice do you need?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. Most people book it at the same time as the outbound trip, which is the simplest way to do it.
My bag came off first — will the driver be there?
Message the driver. If the vehicle is already at the airport you will not be waiting long; if it is still on the way, we will tell you exactly how far off it is rather than leaving you guessing.
Do you serve the towns as well?
Buxton, Avon, Couridjah, Thirlmere among them, and every other suburb in Wollondilly, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands — seventy-five in all, each separately priced.
