What does the run from Badgerys Creek to Bargo cost?
A fixed $205 one way for one or two passengers, up to $275 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published Western Sydney fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee; Mascot has its own fare.
What is the meeting point at Badgerys Creek?
P7 Rideshare Pickup Area. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is one hall and one meeting point — no guessing between terminals and no shuttle between them.
How long is the drive from the airport home to Bargo?
71 km, normally around 55 min. That is 12 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, and it skips the M5 East entirely.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
It costs you nothing. The booking is tied to the flight number rather than a time you nominated, so the driver simply leaves later. Sixty minutes of free waiting after an international landing, forty after a domestic one.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Do I have to pay before I fly?
No, and no pre-authorisation either. Payment happens at the end of the trip, however you prefer to pay.
Is it door to door from the terminal?
Yes — there is no interchange and no shared leg. Bargo's newer streets are fine; the older acreage blocks off the highway are the ones worth flagging. If your driveway is shared or unmarked, mention it and the driver will confirm before pulling in.
Is there a train or metro from Western Sydney Airport?
Not to this district. A metro serves the airport from St Marys, which is the wrong direction for Bargo — you would end up further from home than when you started, with your luggage.
Is it worth pre-booking at a brand-new airport?
Two things you cannot get at a rank: a known price on a 71 km run, and certainty that a car exists at all. Both matter more at an airport in its first year.
Can a group of eleven be met by one vehicle?
Yes — eleven arriving passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $275, about $25 a seat. If the group is split across two flights, tell us and we will either hold the vehicle or run two pickups.
Are child seats available on arrival transfers?
All three types, included in the fare. The ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle.
Is there a night service from the new airport?
Any hour, every night, holidays included. Bargo's station shuts and the buses stop early, so a late landing means the car or nothing.
Are you taking bookings for the new airport?
You can book an arrival for any date from then, with no deposit taken.
Can you pick us up from Mascot as well?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 83 km from here — meeting points, terminal by terminal, and the free waiting times are on the Sydney Airport to Bargo page.
How far ahead should I book the arrival?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the airport's opening weeks, earlier is better.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Buxton, Avon, Couridjah, Thirlmere and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published arrival fare.
