How much is a cruise transfer from Bargo?
Between $275 and $375, decided by how many seats you need. Rozelle and Circular Quay cost the same.
Which terminal will my ship sail from?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 90 km from Bargo; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 92 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How long is the drive from Bargo to the terminal?
90 km and roughly 1 hr 10 min to Rozelle; 92 km and about 1 hr 15 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
We use the boarding window on your cruise documents, not the sailing time. Those are different numbers and the second one is no use for planning a pickup.
Will our cruise cases fit?
That is the question that picks the vehicle. A cruise generates more luggage than a flight, so tell us the case count as well as the headcount and we send something with the boot for it — a sedan for a couple travelling light, a people mover or minibus for anything more.
When do I actually pay?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Do you do the return leg too?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Bargo page.
Do you have a vehicle for a group sailing?
One minibus takes eleven for $375. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
Is there a train or bus to the cruise terminal?
Realistically no. The luggage is what rules it out — it is not the distance, it is the four changes and the stairs.
Are child seats available?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Do you run the very early sail-day starts?
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Bargo's station shuts and the buses stop early, so a late landing means the car or nothing.
How much notice do you need?
A day or two outside the peak. Over the summer sailing season, considerably more; that is when the terminals and the fleet are both busiest.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement. Tell us the addresses at booking and we plan the order around the boarding window.
Can we change the booking after the cruise line changes the date?
One message reschedules it, free. Cruise itineraries move more often than flight times do, which is one reason we take no deposit.
How close do you get to the ship?
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Buxton, Avon, Couridjah, Thirlmere and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
