What is the fare from Circular Quay to Yanderra?
Between $275 and $375, set by the seat count. White Bay and Circular Quay cost the same.
How do you handle a pickup when the ship releases people in waves?
By message rather than by clock. That is the only arrangement that survives a disembarkation, where the release order is by tag colour and not by cabin number.
What if we are held up in customs?
Nothing is charged for waiting. A late berthing, a long customs queue or a slow lift are all free time here.
How long is the drive home?
91 km and roughly 1 hr 10 min from Rozelle; 93 km and about 1 hr 15 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
Do you meet ships at both terminals?
Both terminals, same price. The OPT has the tighter kerb, which is why we wait nearby and come in on your message rather than sitting on it.
We are coming back with more than we left with — is that a problem?
Tell us the bags when you book and we size the vehicle to them. On a disembarkation run the luggage usually outranks the passenger count.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens at the end of the trip.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Yanderra addresses are close to the highway and mostly easy to find. The main thing we confirm is which side of the interchange you are on, because getting it wrong means a long loop back.
Is a booked car better than the rank at the terminal?
On disembarkation morning, considerably. Two or three thousand passengers come off at once and a 91 km fare out to this district is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already there and already priced.
Do you have a vehicle for a group coming off a ship?
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle at $375. Groups off a ship usually have more luggage than the seat count suggests, so mention the cases at booking.
Are child seats available?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
What are the alternatives?
Realistically no. It is not the distance, it is doing it with a fortnight of luggage.
We are travelling with family going to two houses — is that possible?
Within one suburb, yes, at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly.
Can we move the booking?
No fee. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
What do we need to do on the morning?
One text. When you are through the hall with the cases, message the number on your confirmation and the driver comes to the doors. That is the whole arrangement.
Which suburbs nearby do you also drive home from the terminals?
Avon, Buxton, Bargo, Couridjah and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
