What is the fare from Circular Quay to Glenmore?
A fixed $269 one way for one or two passengers, up to $369 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
How does the pickup work if disembarkation has no set time?
You message us when you are actually through, and the driver comes to the terminal doors. Cruise lines call passengers down by luggage tag across a couple of hours, so there is no booked minute to miss and no penalty for a slow morning.
Do I pay for the waiting time?
No meter and no clock. The fare was fixed before you sailed and the wait does not change it.
How long will we be in the car?
81 km and roughly 1 hr 16 min from Rozelle; 82 km and about 1 hr 21 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
Which terminal will my ship dock at?
Both terminals, same price. The OPT has the tighter kerb, which is why we wait nearby and come in on your message rather than sitting on it.
Will our luggage fit?
That is exactly why we ask for a case count at booking. A cruise comes home heavier than it left, and the vehicle is chosen for the boot rather than the seats.
When do I actually pay?
Nothing in advance. The fare is settled when you get home, which also means a changed itinerary costs you nothing.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes — no interchange and no shared leg. Farm entrances off the main road, several of them close together and none of them lit. A landmark at booking is worth more than the street number here.
Is a booked car better than the rank at the terminal?
Two things a rank cannot give you: a boot chosen for cruise luggage, and a known price on a long run out of the city.
Can eleven of us travel home together?
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $369, about $34 a seat. With a full cruise load we will be straight with you about whether the luggage fits alongside the people.
Do you fit capsules and boosters for the drive home?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for the terminal.
What are the alternatives?
Not with cruise luggage. White Bay has no station at all, and while Circular Quay does, reaching Glenmore from it means a change and then still a car at the far end.
Do you cover both ends of the cruise?
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Glenmore cruise transfers page.
Can you drop at several addresses on the way home?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No fee. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
What do we need to do on the morning?
You text, we come in. No calling ahead, no guessing, and no charge for the time before the message arrives.
Which suburbs nearby do you also drive home from the terminals?
The Oaks, Orangeville, Werombi, Theresa Park and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
