What does the run home from White Bay to Werombi cost?
Between $259 and $359, set by the seat count. White Bay and Circular Quay cost the same.
How do you handle a pickup when the ship releases people in waves?
By message rather than by clock. That is the only arrangement that survives a disembarkation, where the release order is by tag colour and not by cabin number.
Do I pay for the waiting time?
No. The driver waits nearby at no charge, however long the hall takes. There is no meter on this booking and no waiting fee.
How long is the drive home?
82 km and roughly 1 hr 15 min from Rozelle; 84 km and about 1 hr 19 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
Do you meet ships at both terminals?
Both terminals, same price. The OPT has the tighter kerb, which is why we wait nearby and come in on your message rather than sitting on it.
How much can you carry on the way home?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. Duty free, gifts and a fortnight of washing all have to go somewhere, and a sedan that fitted you on the way out may not on the way back.
Do I pay before I sail?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at your door on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Gravel and steep driveways are common. If yours is either, tell us at booking — the people mover handles them better than a sedan in the wet and we would rather send the right vehicle.
Is a booked car better than the rank at the terminal?
The gap is widest exactly when you need it least — a whole ship emptying into one rank inside two hours. A pre-booked vehicle is not part of that.
Do you have a vehicle for a group coming off a ship?
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle at $359. Groups off a ship usually have more luggage than the seat count suggests, so mention the cases at booking.
Are child seats available?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for the terminal.
Is there public transport from the cruise terminals?
Not with cruise luggage. White Bay has no station at all, and while Circular Quay does, reaching Werombi from it means a change and then still a car at the far end.
Can you drop at several addresses on the way home?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
What if the cruise is cancelled or the itinerary changes?
One message reschedules it, free. Itineraries move more often than flight times, which is one reason we take no deposit.
What do we need to do on the morning?
You text, we come in. No calling ahead, no guessing, and no charge for the time before the message arrives.
Do you serve the towns for disembarkations?
The Oaks, Orangeville, Glenmore, Belimbla Park and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
