How much is a cruise transfer from Warragamba?
Between $229 and $319, decided by how many seats you need. Rozelle and Circular Quay cost the same.
Which terminal will my ship sail from?
Both. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name the one you need — from Warragamba it is 67 km to White Bay and 71 km to the Quay.
How long is the drive from Warragamba to the terminal?
67 km and roughly 1 hr 5 min to Rozelle; 71 km and about 1 hr 9 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How early do we need to leave?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
Do you have room for a fortnight's packing?
Cruise bags are bigger and there are more of them, which is why we ask about them at booking rather than discovering the problem in your driveway. The vehicle is sized from the back forwards.
When do I actually pay?
Nothing up front. The fare is settled at the terminal, which also means a changed sailing costs you nothing.
Can you meet us at disembarkation?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Warragamba page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle at $319. With a full cruise load we may suggest a second vehicle rather than promise something that will not close.
Could we get to White Bay on public transport?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Warragamba means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Are child seats available?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Will you collect at 4am for a morning boarding?
Yes — the early boarding windows are routine here; pickups before 6am add $20. Warragamba is a long way from Kingsford Smith and a short way from the new airport, and a late landing at the wrong one makes that gap very obvious.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Warragamba to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
A day or two outside the peak. Over the summer sailing season, considerably more; that is when the terminals and the fleet are both busiest.
Can you collect from several addresses in one booking?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal on a cruise booking and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
Can we change the booking after the cruise line changes the date?
Tell us and the booking moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
As close as the marshals allow, which at both terminals is the entrance itself.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Silverdale, Wallacia, Glenmore, Wilton and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
