Western Sydney International takes passengers. From the moment it does, arrivals into The Oaks (the village at the top of the Burragorang road, with the valley dropping away to the west and Camden fifteen minutes east) are met the same way as everything else we drive: one fare, one vehicle, your name at the door.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Western Sydney International and drives them home to The Oaks (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. There is one terminal, so the driver meets you at the single terminal's pickup point and messages you once you land, and it is 41 km from the terminal to John Street and the shops by the war memorial, about 42 min — 30 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, on a route with no tolls. The fare is $159 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $219 for eleven in one vehicle; the Sydney Airport fare from here is $219. We track the flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no charge — a full hour of free waiting after an international landing and forty minutes after a domestic one. Nothing is payable in advance. Book it with the outbound leg and the whole trip is settled. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Airport pickups carry a set $10 fee on top of the published fare. One or two passengers pay $159, and only the seat count moves it.

|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $159 | couples and solo travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $179 | a family of three with cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $179 | four adults and luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $189 | school-holiday family runs |
| 6 | People Mover | $189 | two households travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $209 | extended family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $209 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $219 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $219 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $219 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
Delayed flights, holidays and a long wait at the belt do not change the price. Nothing is added afterwards. There is no deposit on a The Oaks arrival — payment happens on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
A new airport is exactly when you want a booked car. The rank behaviour, the rideshare supply and the parking layout are all untested. Yours is not.
Waiting when you land
Passengers and bags decide the vehicle at booking, which is why the boot is never the problem when you land.

The drive home
Allow about 42 min for the 41 km from the terminal to John Street and the shops by the war memorial. The way back runs through Camden and up The Oaks Road, climbing steadily out of the Nepean flats. Evening traffic on Camden Valley Way clears by about seven and after that it is an easy run, though the last ten minutes are unlit rural road.
The same drive home from Kingsford Smith is 71 km and about 1 hr 4 min, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves 30 km — and the route home carries no tolls, which is the part you notice at midnight.
Flying out rather than in? The leave-by times and departure fares are on the The Oaks to Western Sydney Airport page.
Delays, diversions and late nights
A delayed flight is the normal case, not the exception, so the booking is built around the flight number rather than a clock time. Here is what happens in each situation.
Late is normal on long-haul, so the sheet updates itself from the flight number and the first sixty minutes after touchdown are on us.
A domestic landing gets forty minutes of included waiting, timed from the real arrival.
If the flight is cancelled or you are rebooked, one message moves the transfer. No money has changed hands, so nothing needs refunding.
One flight number sets the pickup, absorbs the delay and tells the driver when to leave for the terminal.
One hall, one meeting point

There is only one terminal at Badgerys Creek, which makes the meet simple: through the doors, your name on a card, and the luggage carried out to the vehicle.
Domestic arrivals get forty minutes rather than sixty, which is comfortably more than a domestic belt usually needs.
From the forecourt it is one uninterrupted run to your street. Semi-rural blocks with long drives are standard. Several properties share an access track off the main road, so tell us if yours is one of them and which gate is which.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 71 km from The Oaks and Badgerys Creek is 41 km. If your flight lands at the older airport instead, the arrival is met with the same free waiting and the same door drop, at that airport's own published fare.
about 1 hr 4 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Coming home from WSI is a short run down The Northern Road and up The Oaks Road out of the Nepean flats. For a village with no train and no late bus, an airport twenty-odd minutes away changes what is possible. Arrivals into Mascot are covered on the Sydney Airport to The Oaks page.
about 42 min · no tolls on our route
Still where the long-haul network is, and where most arrivals into this district land until the new airport's schedule fills out.
$159 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteGetting home from a new terminal
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with no rail link to this district and no bus service to it. Standing in the hall at midnight is a bad time to discover that, so here are the options in advance.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $159 fixed | ~42 min, door to door | someone holding your name when you walk out, and no queue to join at any point |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, and it goes the wrong way | not a realistic option | the airport metro runs north to St Marys, not south toward The Oaks — you would finish further from home than you started |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~42 min if a car accepts | the Oaks has no station and no late service of any kind |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~42 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left it there — and the car park layout at a brand-new airport is one more thing to work out after a long flight |
Rank behaviour, rideshare supply and parking rates at Western Sydney International will take months to settle. The honest summary for an arrival into The Oaks: there is no public transport option home from this airport to this district, which is exactly why the booked car is the sensible answer.
Landing as a group

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $219 — about $20 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the rank charges on the night. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
The rank, honestly
The gap between a booked car and a rank widens exactly when your flight is latest, which is when you least want to find out.
A metered trip of 41 km depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue. A fixed fare removes the question.
There is no bus and no train from Badgerys Creek to this district. That is the honest position.
Why book the arrival
The trip home is settled while you still have a keyboard and a signal, not while you are queuing with a trolley.
One terminal, one hall, one driver holding your name — a very different arrival from hunting a rank.
Sixty minutes after an international touchdown, forty after a domestic one, with no meter running.
Nothing is charged when you book and no card is held. There is no cancellation fee because there is nothing to refund.
Tell us the children's ages at booking and the restraints are installed before the vehicle leaves.
The last arrival of the night and Christmas morning are both normal shifts for a pre-booked car.

Arrival questions
Between $219 and $419, set by how many seats you need. The airport you landed at does not enter into it.
P7 Rideshare Pickup Area. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is one hall and one meeting point — no guessing between terminals and no shuttle between them.
41 km, normally around 42 min. That is 30 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, and it skips the M5 East entirely.
Nothing, on your side. We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft. An hour of waiting from touchdown is included on an international arrival and forty minutes on a domestic one, measured from when you actually land.
Tell us the new flight number and the job moves with it, free of charge.
No. There is no deposit and no card held. You pay the driver at your door on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
Yes. One vehicle, your party only, terminal to door. Semi-rural blocks with long drives are standard. Several properties share an access track off the main road, so tell us if yours is one of them and which gate is which.
The metro runs between St Marys and the terminal. It does not come anywhere near The Oaks, so the last leg still needs a car, which is the trip you were trying to avoid.
The argument is stronger here than at Mascot. Rank and rideshare supply around a new airport takes months to settle; a pre-booked vehicle does not depend on any of that.
Yes — eleven arriving passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $219, about $20 a seat. If the group is split across two flights, tell us and we will either hold the vehicle or run two pickups.
Free, and installed in advance. Tell us the ages at booking — the restraints go in before we drive to the airport, not in the pickup zone with you standing there.
