From the new terminal to your street. Arrival transfers to Camden Park — the estate country south-east of town, built around one of the oldest working properties in the state — with free waiting from touchdown and no advance payment.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Western Sydney International and drives them home to Camden Park (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. There is one terminal, so the driver meets you at the single terminal's pickup point and messages you once you land, and it is 28 km from the terminal to the Camden Park Road entrance, about 33 min — 32 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, on a route with no tolls. The fare is $149 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $209 for eleven in one vehicle; the Sydney Airport fare from here is $199. We track the flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no charge — a full hour of free waiting after an international landing and forty minutes after a domestic one. Nothing is payable in advance. One message covers it; nothing is charged until you are home. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
$199 for a couple, rising in fixed steps with the vehicle. Landing at Badgerys Creek instead of Mascot changes nothing about the number.

Delayed flights, holidays and a long wait at the belt do not change the price. Nothing is added afterwards. Booking costs nothing up front; you pay the driver on arrival at your address. Fares reviewed August 2026.
A new airport is exactly when you want a booked car. The rank behaviour, the rideshare supply and the parking layout are all untested. Yours is not.
Waiting when you land
Passengers and bags decide the vehicle at booking, which is why the boot is never the problem when you land.

The difference is space, not service. All four come with tolls and GST in the fare, restraints fitted at no cost, flight tracking and payment on the day you travel to Camden Park.
The drive home
Allow about 33 min for the 28 km from the terminal to the Camden Park Road entrance. Off Camden Valley Way and onto the estate roads, where the pace drops immediately. It is a short leg but not a fast one — the internal roads are narrow and the approaches are long.
The same drive home from Kingsford Smith is 60 km and about 54 min, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves 32 km — and the route home carries no tolls, which is the part you notice at midnight.
Flying out rather than in? The leave-by times and departure fares are on the Camden Park to Western Sydney Airport page.
Delays, diversions and late nights
A delayed flight is the normal case, not the exception, so the booking is built around the flight number rather than a clock time. Here is what happens in each situation.
Late is normal on long-haul, so the sheet updates itself from the flight number and the first sixty minutes after touchdown are on us.
A domestic landing gets forty minutes of included waiting, timed from the real arrival.
If the flight is cancelled or you are rebooked, one message moves the transfer. No money has changed hands, so nothing needs refunding.
One flight number sets the pickup, absorbs the delay and tells the driver when to leave for the terminal.
One hall, one meeting point

There is only one terminal at Badgerys Creek, which makes the meet simple: through the doors, your name on a card, and the luggage carried out to the vehicle.
Domestic arrivals get forty minutes rather than sixty, which is comfortably more than a domestic belt usually needs.
From the forecourt it is one uninterrupted run to your street. Estate gates and long internal drives. Agree at booking whether the driver comes to the house or stops at the entrance; in the dark the difference matters.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 60 km from Camden Park and Badgerys Creek is 28 km. If your flight lands at the older airport instead, the arrival is met with the same free waiting and the same door drop, at that airport's own published fare.
about 54 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
The return runs down The Northern Road and into the estate, where the internal roads are narrow and the approaches long. We agree at booking whether the driver comes to the house or stops at the entrance. Arrivals into Mascot are covered on the Sydney Airport to Camden Park page.
about 33 min · no tolls on our route
Still where the long-haul network is, and where most arrivals into this district land until the new airport's schedule fills out.
$149 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteGetting home from a new terminal
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with no rail link to this district and no bus service to it. Standing in the hall at midnight is a bad time to discover that, so here are the options in advance.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $149 fixed | ~33 min, door to door | someone holding your name when you walk out, and no queue to join at any point |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, and it goes the wrong way | not a realistic option | the airport metro runs north to St Marys, not south toward Camden Park — you would finish further from home than you started |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~33 min if a car accepts | event guests returning late are a regular fixture |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~33 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left it there — and the car park layout at a brand-new airport is one more thing to work out after a long flight |
Rank behaviour, rideshare supply and parking rates at Western Sydney International will take months to settle. The honest summary for an arrival into Camden Park: there is no public transport option home from this airport to this district, which is exactly why the booked car is the sensible answer.
Landing as a group

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $209 — about $19 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the rank charges on the night. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
The rank, honestly
Rideshare coverage around a brand-new airport takes months to settle. A pre-booked vehicle does not depend on it.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip of this length will cost until it ends. Our figure was fixed at booking.
The metro serves the airport from St Marys. From there to Camden Park is still a car, still at whatever the meter says.
Why book the arrival
Two minutes before you leave saves the worst twenty minutes of the trip home.
Your name on a card inside the single arrivals hall, rather than a pin dropped in a car park you have never seen.
An hour of free waiting on international arrivals and forty minutes on domestic, counted from wheels-down.
Card, cash or PayID when you get home, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, fitted in advance from the ages you give us.
No date on the calendar carries a surcharge; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Arrival questions
A fixed $149 one way for one or two passengers, up to $209 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published Western Sydney fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee; Mascot has its own fare.
In the arrivals hall, holding a card with your name, and the cases are carried out to the vehicle from there. One terminal means one place to look.
28 km, normally around 33 min. That is 32 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, and it skips the M5 East entirely.
Nothing, on your side. We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft. An hour of waiting from touchdown is included on an international arrival and forty minutes on a domestic one, measured from when you actually land.
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
No, and no pre-authorisation either. Payment happens at the end of the trip, however you prefer to pay.
Yes. One vehicle, your party only, terminal to door. Estate gates and long internal drives. Agree at booking whether the driver comes to the house or stops at the entrance; in the dark the difference matters.
The metro runs between St Marys and the terminal. It does not come anywhere near Camden Park, so the last leg still needs a car, which is the trip you were trying to avoid.
The argument is stronger here than at Mascot. Rank and rideshare supply around a new airport takes months to settle; a pre-booked vehicle does not depend on any of that.
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $209, which is well under what three separate cars would cost.
All three types, included in the fare. The ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle.
Every night of the year, including the last arrivals. Event guests returning late are a regular fixture.
We are taking arrival bookings now, on the ordinary terms — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 60 km from here — meeting points, terminal by terminal, and the free waiting times are on the Sydney Airport to Camden Park page.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the airport's opening weeks, earlier is better.
