From Camden Park to Western Sydney International: a shorter drive, an untolled route and the same fixed fare you would pay to Kingsford Smith. Camden Park is the estate country south-east of town, built around one of the oldest working properties in the state.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Camden Park (NSW 2570) to Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The airport takes passengers, and it is 28 km from the Camden Park Road entrance to the terminal, about 33 min. That is 32 km shorter than the 60 km run to Kingsford Smith, and our route carries no tolls. The fare is $149 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $209 for eleven in one vehicle — the Sydney Airport run from here is $199. Nothing is payable in advance. Book it with the flight and there is nothing left to arrange. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare, each airport
$199 one way for a couple, rising only with the number of seats. The airport you are flying from makes no difference to the number.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $149 | one or two travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $159 | a small family |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $159 | four with luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $169 | holiday departures |
| 6 | People Mover | $169 | two families travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $189 | extended families |
| 8 | Minibus | $189 | cruise passengers with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $209 | guests travelling as one group |
| 10 | Minibus | $209 | group and club travel |
| 11 | Minibus | $209 | the largest single vehicle |
The figure includes everything — tolls, GST, bags, child seats — and does not move for the date or a delay. No deposit is taken. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Booked before the airport opens. We are taking WSI bookings on the same terms as everything else — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
Matched to your group
Four classes, from a sedan for two to an eleven-seat minibus. The only difference between them is how many people and how much luggage fit.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and there is no advance payment — you pay on the day of travel. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The western run
Allow about 33 min for the 28 km from the Camden Park Road entrance to the terminal forecourt. Camden Park sits close enough to WSI that the new airport is the shorter trip by a comfortable margin.
The same trip to Kingsford Smith is 60 km and about 54 min, so Badgerys Creek saves 32 km — and, more usefully, it skips the M5 East and the airport tunnel, which is where the Mascot run loses its time on a bad morning.
Arriving rather than departing? The meeting points and free waiting times are on the Western Sydney Airport to Camden Park page.
Departure timing, worked backwards
We plan the pickup from your boarding time, not from a round number. The gain at Badgerys Creek is that the drive in front of it is shorter.
Rough figures until we have the flight. Once we do, the pickup is set against your boarding time rather than against an average.
One terminal, one kerb

Western Sydney International has a single terminal, which makes the drop straightforward: we pull into the forecourt, take the bags out and you walk in. No terminal to guess at and no interchange between domestic and international.
Returning, it works the same way in reverse: flight tracked from wheels-down, driver waiting in arrivals, and no charge for the delay.
Pickup is from your driveway at a time set by the flight, with nobody else in the vehicle and nothing else on the run sheet.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 60 km from Camden Park and Badgerys Creek is 28 km. The new airport wins on distance by 32 km and on route quality by rather more than that, but the older one still has the wider network of long-haul destinations. Here are both, honestly.
about 54 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Where the long-haul network still is today, and where most flights out of this district leave from until the new airport's schedule fills out. Departure fares and leave-by times for Mascot are on the Camden Park to Sydney Airport page.
about 33 min · no tolls on our route
Out through Camden and north on The Northern Road. Camden Park sits close enough to the new airport that WSI is comfortably the shorter trip, and the estate roads at the start are the only slow section.
$199 to Sydney Airport, $149 to Western Sydney. The fare is set by your suburb and your group size, not by the terminal at the far end — so switching airports after booking does not change the number.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with a road network built for it and a rail line that does not reach this district. That changes how the options compare.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $149 fixed | ~33 min, door to door | one fixed fare, door to terminal forecourt, with the luggage carried and set fees only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, plus getting yourself to the line | 2 hrs or more, with changes | the airport metro runs from St Marys, not from Camden Park — you would need to reach it with your luggage first, which is the trip you were trying to avoid |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~33 min if a car accepts | event guests returning late are a regular fixture |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~33 min plus the car park shuttle | parking at a brand-new airport is untested at this stage, and it still means leaving a car sitting there for the length of the trip |
Fares, parking rates and the metro timetable at Western Sydney International will settle over its first months, so check anything time-sensitive before you rely on it. The honest summary for Camden Park: for a departure from Badgerys Creek there is no realistic public transport option from this district, which is exactly why a fixed-fare car makes sense.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $209 — about $19 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 28 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $149 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cases carried to the boot and out again at the forecourt, with child restraints already fitted — not an argument about whether the pram fits.
Why pre-book the western run
A published fare per suburb for each airport, Badgerys Creek and Mascot alike.
The line we drive west never touches the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run that goes wrong most often.
One building, one forecourt, and a road network built for it rather than retrofitted around it.
No deposit, no pre-authorisation, no card on file — you settle with the driver on the day.
Departures can be booked today on the ordinary terms.
Capsules and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves for your address, at no charge.

Questions, answered plainly
$199 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $399 for a full eleven-seat minibus. Western Sydney has its own published price list, usually below the Sydney Airport fare.
We are taking bookings for departures from that date now, on exactly the same terms as every other run — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
About 33 min for the 28 km. That is 32 km shorter than the run to Kingsford Smith, and the route avoids the M5 East and the airport tunnel entirely.
It is: 28 km rather than 60 km. The distance saving is 32 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
At the departures forecourt. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is no guessing between domestic and international and no shuttle between them — the vehicle stops at the door and the bags come out with you.
Nothing up front and no pre-authorisation. The fare is settled at the terminal on the day, however you prefer to pay.
From your boarding time, not a round number. Give us the flight number and we set the exact pickup around the 33 min drive.
Any hour, including public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. A 3am start is a normal shift rather than a special request.
Not usefully from Camden Park. A metro line is being built to serve the airport, but it runs between St Marys and the terminal rather than out to this district, so you would still need to get yourself across to it with your luggage.
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle, at $209 for the group. That is almost always less than two or three separate cars, and it keeps everyone together.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for your address. Give us the ages at booking.
One message reschedules it. No money has changed hands, so a change costs you nothing.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 60 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Camden Park to Sydney Airport page.
Luggage decides the vehicle, not the passenger count. Bulky items such as golf clubs, skis, surfboards and bikes are $10 each; tell us at booking.
Only your group. We do not combine bookings, so the drive is direct.
Anything from a day ahead usually works, though the holiday periods and the airport's first months fill earlier.
Anywhere in the airport precinct, at the same price. The terminal forecourt is simply where most bookings end.
