How much is a transfer from the cruise terminal to Bringelly?
A fixed $179 one way for one or two passengers, up to $279 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
How does the pickup work if disembarkation has no set time?
You message us when you are actually through, and the driver comes to the terminal doors. Cruise lines call passengers down by luggage tag across a couple of hours, so there is no booked minute to miss and no penalty for a slow morning.
Do I pay for the waiting time?
No. The driver waits nearby at no charge, however long the hall takes. There is no meter on this booking and no waiting fee.
How far is Bringelly from White Bay?
51 km and roughly 47 min from Rozelle; 53 km and about 52 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
Do you meet ships at both terminals?
Both terminals, same price. The OPT has the tighter kerb, which is why we wait nearby and come in on your message rather than sitting on it.
We are coming back with more than we left with — is that a problem?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. Duty free, gifts and a fortnight of washing all have to go somewhere, and a sedan that fitted you on the way out may not on the way back.
When do I actually pay?
Nothing in advance. The fare is settled when you get home, which also means a changed itinerary costs you nothing.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Crossroads village with properties spread along both highways. Tell us which road and which side; at night the two look much the same.
Is a booked car better than the rank at the terminal?
Two things a rank cannot give you: a boot chosen for cruise luggage, and a known price on a long run out of the city.
What is the largest group you can meet?
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle at $279. Groups off a ship usually have more luggage than the seat count suggests, so mention the cases at booking.
Are child seats available?
Yes and no charge — the ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the car.
Is there public transport from the cruise terminals?
Realistically no. It is not the distance, it is doing it with a fortnight of luggage.
We are travelling with family going to two houses — is that possible?
Within one suburb, yes, at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No fee. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
What do we need to do on the morning?
Message us when you are actually out. Nothing before that matters, because the release order is by luggage tag and no one can predict it.
Do you serve the towns for disembarkations?
Grasmere, Cobbitty, Camden South, Cawdor and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
