What is the fare from Circular Quay to Lakesland?
Between $289 and $429, set by the seat count. White Bay and Circular Quay cost the same.
How does the pickup work if disembarkation has no set time?
By message rather than by clock. That is the only arrangement that survives a disembarkation, where the release order is by tag colour and not by cabin number.
Is there a meter running while we queue?
No meter and no clock. The fare was fixed before you sailed and the wait does not change it.
How far is Lakesland from White Bay?
86 km and roughly 1 hr 15 min from Rozelle; 88 km and about 1 hr 20 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
What is the difference between White Bay and Circular Quay?
Both, each with its own published fare. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name it — from Lakesland it is 86 km from White Bay and 88 km from the Quay.
How much can you carry on the way home?
Tell us the bags when you book and we size the vehicle to them. On a disembarkation run the luggage usually outranks the passenger count.
When do I actually pay?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at your door on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Property names on gates, long drives, and no lighting. We confirm the access track at booking rather than working it out on the night.
Why not just take a taxi when we get off?
Two things a rank cannot give you: a boot chosen for cruise luggage, and a known price on a long run out of the city.
What is the largest group you can meet?
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle at $429. Groups off a ship usually have more luggage than the seat count suggests, so mention the cases at booking.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
Yes and no charge — the ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the car.
Is there public transport from the cruise terminals?
There is no train at White Bay, and from Circular Quay to Lakesland is a long trip with several changes and a walk at both ends. The bags are what rule it out.
Do you cover both ends of the cruise?
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Lakesland cruise transfers page.
Can you drop at several addresses on the way home?
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement — tell us at booking and we plan the order.
Can we move the booking?
Tell us and it moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
How does the pickup actually start?
One text. When you are through the hall with the cases, message the number on your confirmation and the driver comes to the doors. That is the whole arrangement.
Which suburbs nearby do you also drive home from the terminals?
Mowbray Park, Oakdale, Belimbla Park, The Oaks and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
