How much is a transfer from the cruise terminal to Belimbla Park?
$279 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $379 for a full minibus. Terminal pickups add a set $10 fee; there is no weekend loading.
What time will you collect us?
You message us when you are actually through, and the driver comes to the terminal doors. Cruise lines call passengers down by luggage tag across a couple of hours, so there is no booked minute to miss and no penalty for a slow morning.
Do I pay for the waiting time?
No. The driver waits nearby at no charge, however long the hall takes. There is no meter on this booking and no waiting fee.
How far is Belimbla Park from White Bay?
White Bay is 1 hr 10 min from home, Circular Quay 1 hr 14 min. Both are door-to-door figures.
Do you meet ships at both terminals?
Both, each with its own published fare. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name it — from Belimbla Park it is 81 km from White Bay and 83 km from the Quay.
How much can you carry on the way home?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. Duty free, gifts and a fortnight of washing all have to go somewhere, and a sedan that fitted you on the way out may not on the way back.
When do I actually pay?
Nothing in advance. The fare is settled when you get home, which also means a changed itinerary costs you nothing.
Can you take us straight to our door?
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Driveways here are long enough to matter. Leave a gate open if it is normally shut, and tell us at booking whether the driver should come to the house or stop at the road.
Is it worth pre-booking the trip home?
Two things a rank cannot give you: a boot chosen for cruise luggage, and a known price on a long run out of the city.
What is the largest group you can meet?
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $379, about $34 a seat. With a full cruise load we will be straight with you about whether the luggage fits alongside the people.
Do you fit capsules and boosters for the drive home?
Yes and no charge — the ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the car.
What are the alternatives?
Not with cruise luggage. White Bay has no station at all, and while Circular Quay does, reaching Belimbla Park from it means a change and then still a car at the far end.
Do you also do the sail-day run?
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Belimbla Park cruise transfers page.
Do you do multiple drop-offs?
Within one suburb, yes, at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly.
Can we move the booking?
Tell us and it moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
How will the driver know we are off the ship?
One text. When you are through the hall with the cases, message the number on your confirmation and the driver comes to the doors. That is the whole arrangement.
Do you serve the towns for disembarkations?
Oakdale, Mowbray Park, The Oaks, Orangeville and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
