You land at Badgerys Creek, we drive you home. Fixed-fare arrival transfers from Western Sydney International to Lakesland — a thin line of rural blocks between Mowbray Park and the Nattai wilderness — with the flight tracked and nothing to pay until you are at the door.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Western Sydney International and drives them home to Lakesland (NSW 2572) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. There is one terminal, so the driver meets you at the single terminal's pickup point and messages you once you land, and it is 50 km from the terminal to the Lakesland Road turnoff, about 51 min — 29 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, on a route with no tolls. The fare is $189 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $289 for eleven in one vehicle; the Sydney Airport fare from here is $249. We track the flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no charge — a full hour of free waiting after an international landing and forty minutes after a domestic one. Nothing is payable in advance. Give us the flight and we are watching before you board. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
The run home from Badgerys Creek costs what the run out costs: $189 one way for one or two passengers, with the same steps above that.

No holiday surcharge and no waiting fee inside the free allowance; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. The quoted number is the number. Booking costs nothing up front; you pay the driver on arrival at your address. Fares reviewed August 2026.
One booking, both legs. Most people book the arrival at the same time as the departure — same operator, one less thing to think about while you are away.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave for the terminal at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and there is no advance payment. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The drive home
Allow about 51 min for the 50 km from the terminal to the Lakesland Road turnoff. Camden, The Oaks, then out toward the Nattai. The sealed road runs out not far past Lakesland, and the last few minutes are the sort of road where the driver slows for kangaroos rather than for corners.
The same drive home from Kingsford Smith is 79 km and about 1 hr 14 min, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves 29 km — and the route home carries no tolls, which is the part you notice at midnight.
Flying out rather than in? The leave-by times and departure fares are on the Lakesland to Western Sydney Airport page.
Delays, diversions and late nights
A delayed flight is the normal case, not the exception, so the booking is built around the flight number rather than a clock time. Here is what happens in each situation.
The booking follows the aircraft. However late it lands, the first hour after wheels-down on an international flight is free and the driver is there when you emerge.
Domestic flights carry forty minutes of free waiting from the moment the wheels touch.
A diversion is a phone call, not a problem. We reschedule, and because there is no advance payment there is nothing to claw back.
The flight number is what matters here. With it we are watching the aircraft before you have boarded.
One hall, one meeting point

One building means one meeting point. The driver is inside the arrivals hall holding your name — no guessing between terminals and no shuttle bus between them.
On a domestic arrival the bags come off faster, so the allowance is forty minutes from touchdown rather than an hour — still counted from the real landing, not the timetable.
From there it is one run to your address — no interchange, no shared loop and nobody else to drop off first. Property names on gates, long drives, and no lighting. We confirm the access track at booking rather than working it out on the night.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 79 km from Lakesland and Badgerys Creek is 50 km. If your flight lands at the older airport instead, the arrival is met with the same free waiting and the same door drop, at that airport's own published fare.
about 1 hr 14 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Back the same way, finishing on roads where the driver slows for kangaroos rather than corners. Nothing else reaches Lakesland at any hour, let alone after a late landing. Arrivals into Mascot are covered on the Sydney Airport to Lakesland page.
about 51 min · no tolls on our route
Still where the long-haul network is, and where most arrivals into this district land until the new airport's schedule fills out.
$189 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteGetting home from a new terminal
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with no rail link to this district and no bus service to it. Standing in the hall at midnight is a bad time to discover that, so here are the options in advance.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $189 fixed | ~51 min, door to door | a driver already at the terminal, help with the cases, and a fixed published fare |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, and it goes the wrong way | not a realistic option | the airport metro runs north to St Marys, not south toward Lakesland — you would finish further from home than you started |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~51 min if a car accepts | lakesland is at the end of the line in every practical sense |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~51 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left it there — and the car park layout at a brand-new airport is one more thing to work out after a long flight |
Rank behaviour, rideshare supply and parking rates at Western Sydney International will take months to settle. The honest summary for an arrival into Lakesland: there is no public transport option home from this airport to this district, which is exactly why the booked car is the sensible answer.
Landing as a group

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $289 — about $26 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the rank charges on the night. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
The rank, honestly
Rideshare coverage around a brand-new airport takes months to settle. A pre-booked vehicle does not depend on it.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip of this length will cost until it ends. Our figure was fixed at booking.
The metro serves the airport from St Marys. From there to Lakesland is still a car, still at whatever the meter says.
Why book the arrival
The trip home is settled while you still have a keyboard and a signal, not while you are queuing with a trolley.
One terminal, one hall, one driver holding your name — a very different arrival from hunting a rank.
Sixty minutes after an international touchdown, forty after a domestic one, with no meter running.
Nothing is charged when you book and no card is held. There is no cancellation fee because there is nothing to refund.
Tell us the children's ages at booking and the restraints are installed before the vehicle leaves.
The last arrival of the night and Christmas morning are both normal shifts for a pre-booked car.

Arrival questions
$249 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $449 for a full eleven-seat minibus. Airport pickups carry a set $10 fee on top of the published fare.
In the arrivals hall, holding a card with your name, and the cases are carried out to the vehicle from there. One terminal means one place to look.
Roughly 51 min to cover 50 km. The saving against the 79 km Mascot run is 29 km — and the untolled route is the part you notice at midnight.
Nothing, on your side. We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft. An hour of waiting from touchdown is included on an international arrival and forty minutes on a domestic one, measured from when you actually land.
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Nothing is payable in advance and no card is stored. The fare is settled when you get home.
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Property names on gates, long drives, and no lighting. We confirm the access track at booking rather than working it out on the night.
There is rail at the airport, but it heads north to St Marys rather than south toward Lakesland. There is no bus either. That is the honest position.
The argument is stronger here than at Mascot. Rank and rideshare supply around a new airport takes months to settle; a pre-booked vehicle does not depend on any of that.
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $289, which is well under what three separate cars would cost.
All three types, included in the fare. The ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle.
Yes — pickups from 8pm to 10pm add $10, and after 10pm $20. Lakesland is at the end of the line in every practical sense.
Bookings from that date are already open at the published fare.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 79 km from here — meeting points, terminal by terminal, and the free waiting times are on the Sydney Airport to Lakesland page.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the airport's opening weeks, earlier is better.
