What is the fare from Circular Quay to Grasmere?
A fixed $209 one way for one or two passengers, up to $309 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
How do you handle a pickup when the ship releases people in waves?
There is no fixed pickup time, because there is nothing reliable to fix it to. The driver is nearby from early and pulls in on your text.
Do I pay for the waiting time?
No. The driver waits nearby at no charge, however long the hall takes. There is no meter on this booking and no waiting fee.
How long will we be in the car?
67 km and roughly 1 hr 6 min from Rozelle; 68 km and about 1 hr 10 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
What is the difference between White Bay and Circular Quay?
We meet ships at both. Rozelle is 67 km from Grasmere; Circular Quay is 68 km. If the paperwork is not clear, send it to us and we will work out which.
Will our luggage fit?
That is exactly why we ask for a case count at booking. A cruise comes home heavier than it left, and the vehicle is chosen for the boot rather than the seats.
Is a deposit required?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at your door on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Can you take us straight to our door?
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Rural entrances rather than street frontages. The gate is what the driver needs, not the number.
Is it worth pre-booking the trip home?
The gap is widest exactly when you need it least — a whole ship emptying into one rank inside two hours. A pre-booked vehicle is not part of that.
What is the largest group you can meet?
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle at $309. Groups off a ship usually have more luggage than the seat count suggests, so mention the cases at booking.
Do you fit capsules and boosters for the drive home?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Is there public transport from the cruise terminals?
There is no train at White Bay, and from Circular Quay to Grasmere is a long trip with several changes and a walk at both ends. The bags are what rule it out.
Do you also do the sail-day run?
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Grasmere cruise transfers page.
Do you do multiple drop-offs?
Within one suburb, yes, at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly.
Is there a cancellation fee?
One message reschedules it, free. Itineraries move more often than flight times, which is one reason we take no deposit.
How will the driver know we are off the ship?
You text, we come in. No calling ahead, no guessing, and no charge for the time before the message arrives.
Do you serve the towns for disembarkations?
Cobbitty, Bringelly, Camden South, Cawdor and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
