How much is a cruise transfer from Wilton?
A fixed $249 one way for one or two passengers, up to $349 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published cruise fare — the same whichever terminal you sail from.
What is the difference between White Bay and Circular Quay?
Both. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name the one you need — from Wilton it is 77 km to White Bay and 79 km to the Quay.
How far is White Bay from Wilton?
White Bay is 1 hr 1 min away, Circular Quay 1 hr 5 min. Both figures are door to terminal, and both include an allowance for the queue at the far end.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
We use the boarding window on your cruise documents, not the sailing time. Those are different numbers and the second one is no use for planning a pickup.
Will our cruise cases fit?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. On a sail day the luggage usually outranks the passenger count when we choose the class.
Do I pay before the sailing?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Can you meet us at disembarkation?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Wilton page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
One minibus takes eleven for $349. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
Could we get to White Bay on public transport?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Wilton means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Do you fit capsules and boosters?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Do you run the very early sail-day starts?
Yes — the early boarding windows are routine here; pickups before 6am add $20. Good motorway access does nothing for you at midnight if nothing is running on it, and nothing is.
How much notice do you need?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, but the January and Christmas cruise season fills much earlier — for those, book when you book the cabin.
Can you collect from several addresses in one booking?
Within one suburb, yes, and at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly than squeeze it.
What if our sailing is cancelled or moved?
No fee either way. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
The doors. Both terminals marshal the kerb hard on a sail day, which is exactly why the pickup time allows for it.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Razorback, Maldon, Cataract, Douglas Park and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
