How much is a cruise transfer from Mount Annan?
$199 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $299 for a full eleven-seat minibus. The cruise terminals have their own published fare, with no sail-day loading.
What is the difference between White Bay and Circular Quay?
Both terminals, same price. White Bay (56 km from here) is the easier approach; the OPT at Circular Quay (58 km) has the tighter kerb but puts you right on the harbour.
How much time should we allow for the drive?
56 km and roughly 48 min to Rozelle; 58 km and about 52 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
Do you have room for a fortnight's packing?
Cruise bags are bigger and there are more of them, which is why we ask about them at booking rather than discovering the problem in your driveway. The vehicle is sized from the back forwards.
When do I actually pay?
Nothing up front. The fare is settled at the terminal, which also means a changed sailing costs you nothing.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Mount Annan page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle at $299. With a full cruise load we may suggest a second vehicle rather than promise something that will not close.
What are the alternatives to a booked car?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Mount Annan means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
Yes and no charge — but the ages matter at booking, because the seats go in before we set off.
Will you collect at 4am for a morning boarding?
Every day of the year, with no weekend or holiday loading. Early sail-day starts are ordinary work; pickups before 6am add $20. Late arrivals here are easy in every respect except that nothing else is running.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Mount Annan to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
How far ahead should we book?
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Within one suburb, yes, and at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly than squeeze it.
Can we change the booking after the cruise line changes the date?
No fee either way. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
The doors. Both terminals marshal the kerb hard on a sail day, which is exactly why the pickup time allows for it.
Do you serve the towns for sailings?
Currans Hill, Narellan, Narellan Vale, Harrington Park and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
