What is the fare from Currans Hill to White Bay?
Between $199 and $299, decided by how many seats you need. Rozelle and Circular Quay cost the same.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 56 km from Currans Hill; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 58 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How long is the drive from Currans Hill to the terminal?
About 47 min for the 56 km to White Bay, and 52 min for the 58 km to Circular Quay. The motorway part is predictable; the last two kilometres into either terminal are the slow bit on a sail day, and that is already inside the time we quote.
What time will you pick us up on sail day?
From your boarding window rather than the departure time on the ticket. Cruise lines board by deck and luggage tag across several hours, so the useful number is when your deck can board — we work back from that, plus the drive and the terminal approach.
How much luggage can you take?
That is the question that picks the vehicle. A cruise generates more luggage than a flight, so tell us the case count as well as the headcount and we send something with the boot for it — a sedan for a couple travelling light, a people mover or minibus for anything more.
When do I actually pay?
Nothing up front. The fare is settled at the terminal, which also means a changed sailing costs you nothing.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Currans Hill page.
Do you have a vehicle for a group sailing?
One minibus takes eleven for $299. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
Could we get to White Bay on public transport?
Realistically no. The luggage is what rules it out — it is not the distance, it is the four changes and the stairs.
Do you fit capsules and boosters?
Yes and no charge — but the ages matter at booking, because the seats go in before we set off.
Are early pickups a problem?
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. One of the quicker late arrivals in the district, which makes it a good candidate for the last international flight of the evening.
Can you take us to the airport as well?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Currans Hill to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, but the January and Christmas cruise season fills much earlier — for those, book when you book the cabin.
Can you collect from several addresses in one booking?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal on a cruise booking and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
Can we change the booking after the cruise line changes the date?
One message reschedules it, free. Cruise itineraries move more often than flight times do, which is one reason we take no deposit.
Do you drop at the terminal doors or a car park?
As close as the marshals allow, which at both terminals is the entrance itself.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Mount Annan, Narellan, Narellan Vale, Harrington Park and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
