What is the fare from Tahmoor to Western Sydney International?
Between $185 and $285, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Tahmoor, Badgerys Creek is $185 and Mascot $235.
Is Western Sydney International open for flights?
We are taking bookings for departures from that date now, on exactly the same terms as every other run — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
What is the drive time from Tahmoor to Western Sydney Airport?
54 km, normally around 57 min. Kingsford Smith is 84 km from here, so the new airport saves 30 km and the tolled section with it.
Should I use Badgerys Creek or Mascot?
It is: 54 km rather than 84 km. The distance saving is 30 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
Is there one terminal or several at Badgerys Creek?
Straight to the departures door of the one terminal. Nothing to work out on arrival, and the driver carries the luggage rather than just unlocking the boot.
When do I actually pay for the transfer?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day, which is also why there is no cancellation fee if your plans change.
How early do we need to leave Tahmoor?
From your boarding time, not a round number. Give us the flight number and we set the exact pickup around the 57 min drive.
Is there a night service to the new airport?
Any hour, including public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. A 3am start is a normal shift rather than a special request.
Is there public transport to Western Sydney Airport?
Rail serves the airport from St Marys, not from Tahmoor. Getting to that line with checked bags is the problem the transfer solves.
What is the largest group you can take to Badgerys Creek?
Yes — eleven passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $285, about $26 a seat. One vehicle leaves once and arrives once, which matters more than the saving when there is a check-in deadline.
Are child seats included?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for your address. Give us the ages at booking.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
Message or call and we move it at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Do you also do the Sydney Airport run?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 84 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Tahmoor to Sydney Airport page.
Can you take skis, golf clubs or a pram?
All of it, within the class you book. Tell us about skis, clubs, a pram or a wheelchair when you book and we send something with the room rather than discovering the problem in your driveway.
Will anyone else be in the vehicle?
Yours alone. There is no shared loop and no interchange — the word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
Is there a cut-off for booking?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the opening weeks of the new airport, earlier is better — the first schedules will be busy.
Can you drop somewhere else at Badgerys Creek?
The passenger terminal is the usual drop, but the aerotropolis precinct around it is the same run and the same fare. Give us the exact address when you book.
Do you serve the towns for WSI runs?
Thirlmere, Pheasants Nest, Couridjah, Picton and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to Badgerys Creek.
