The short way home. Arrivals from Western Sydney International to Oakdale (a former mining village on the western rim of the shire, with the Burragorang Valley road running out behind it), on an untolled route, at the same fixed fare as the Mascot run.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Western Sydney International and drives them home to Oakdale (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. There is one terminal, so the driver meets you at the single terminal's pickup point and messages you once you land, and it is 48 km from the terminal to the Oakdale shops near the workers club, about 50 min — 30 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, on a route with no tolls. The fare is $179 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $269 for eleven in one vehicle; the Sydney Airport fare from here is $239. We track the flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no charge — a full hour of free waiting after an international landing and forty minutes after a domestic one. Nothing is payable in advance. One message covers it; nothing is charged until you are home. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
The run home from Badgerys Creek costs what the run out costs: $179 one way for one or two passengers, with the same steps above that.

| 6 | People Mover | $229 | two families travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $249 | extended families |
| 8 | Minibus | $249 | cruise passengers with full cases |

A four-hour delay costs you nothing; a pickup after 10pm adds a set $20. The figure was fixed when you booked. There is no deposit on a Oakdale arrival — payment happens on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The arrival is the leg worth booking. Getting to an airport is a solvable problem. Getting out of a brand-new one at midnight, in a district with no rail link, is not.
Waiting when you land
The class is chosen before your flight arrives, from your passengers and your luggage rather than from what happens to be at the kerb.

The inclusions do not change with the vehicle. Every Oakdale arrival carries tolls and GST inside the quoted fare, free child restraints fitted in advance, flight-number tracking and no payment until the day. Seats and boot space are the only difference between the four.
The drive home
Allow about 50 min for the 48 km from the terminal to the Oakdale shops near the workers club. Camden, then The Oaks, then out west to Oakdale — the road gets narrower and darker at each step. It adds a real quarter of an hour beyond The Oaks, which is worth knowing when you are estimating what time you will actually be in bed.
The same drive home from Kingsford Smith is 78 km and about 1 hr 12 min, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves 30 km — and the route home carries no tolls, which is the part you notice at midnight.
Flying out rather than in? The leave-by times and departure fares are on the Oakdale to Western Sydney Airport page.
Delays, diversions and late nights
A delayed flight is the normal case, not the exception, so the booking is built around the flight number rather than a clock time. Here is what happens in each situation.
We track the flight number, so a two-hour delay simply moves the pickup. A full hour of waiting from touchdown is included on an international arrival, and it costs nothing.
Forty minutes from touchdown on a domestic arrival, measured from the actual landing rather than the printed time.

Give us the flight number rather than a landing time — on an arrival booking that single detail is what makes everything else look after itself.
One hall, one meeting point

Western Sydney International has a single terminal, so there is one arrivals hall and one place to be met. Your driver waits past the doors with your name and takes the cases from there.
Domestic landings carry forty minutes of free waiting from wheels-down. Message the driver once you have your bag and the vehicle comes to the kerb.
After that the trip is yours alone: out of the precinct and straight home, with nothing else on the run sheet. Former mining village streets are tight and some of the newer acreage subdivisions off them are not on older maps. A cross street at booking saves ten minutes at the end.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 78 km from Oakdale and Badgerys Creek is 48 km. If your flight lands at the older airport instead, the arrival is met with the same free waiting and the same door drop, at that airport's own published fare.
about 1 hr 12 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
The return is The Northern Road, Camden, The Oaks and then the darker roads west. It adds a real quarter of an hour beyond The Oaks, which is worth knowing when you are working out what time you will be in bed. Arrivals into Mascot are covered on the Sydney Airport to Oakdale page.
about 50 min · no tolls on our route
Still where the long-haul network is, and where most arrivals into this district land until the new airport's schedule fills out.
$179 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteGetting home from a new terminal
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with no rail link to this district and no bus service to it. Standing in the hall at midnight is a bad time to discover that, so here are the options in advance.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $179 fixed | ~50 min, door to door | someone holding your name when you walk out, and no queue to join at any point |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, and it goes the wrong way | not a realistic option | the airport metro runs north to St Marys, not south toward Oakdale — you would finish further from home than you started |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~50 min if a car accepts | this is the far side of the shire and it behaves like it |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~50 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left it there — and the car park layout at a brand-new airport is one more thing to work out after a long flight |
Rank behaviour, rideshare supply and parking rates at Western Sydney International will take months to settle. The honest summary for an arrival into Oakdale: there is no public transport option home from this airport to this district, which is exactly why the booked car is the sensible answer.
Landing as a group

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $269 — about $24 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the rank charges on the night. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
The rank, honestly
Nobody knows yet how the rank at Badgerys Creek behaves when three flights land together. A booked driver is unaffected either way.
Metered and surge pricing on a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Yours was agreed before you left home.
The airport metro runs to St Marys, not out here. Whatever else you choose, the last leg still needs a car.
Why book the arrival
Nothing to arrange while you are tired, holding bags and looking for signal in a terminal you have never used.
A single terminal building means your name on a card in one place, not a hunt between buildings.
An hour after an international landing and forty minutes after a domestic one, timed from the real arrival.
No deposit and no card held; you pay the driver at your door, by card, cash or PayID.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves for the terminal, at no extra cost.
Midnight arrivals, public holidays and the last flight of the night are ordinary work when the booking is in.

P7 Rideshare Pickup Area. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is one hall and one meeting point — no guessing between terminals and no shuttle between them.
About 50 min for the 48 km, on a route that carries no tolls. From Mascot the same trip is 78 km, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves you 30 km of driving at the end of a flight.
Nothing, on your side. We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft. An hour of waiting from touchdown is included on an international arrival and forty minutes on a domestic one, measured from when you actually land.
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
No. There is no deposit and no card held. You pay the driver at your door on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
Yes — there is no interchange and no shared leg. Former mining village streets are tight and some of the newer acreage subdivisions off them are not on older maps. A cross street at booking saves ten minutes at the end.
The metro runs between St Marys and the terminal. It does not come anywhere near Oakdale, so the last leg still needs a car, which is the trip you were trying to avoid.
At a brand-new airport, more than usually. Nobody knows yet how the rank will behave when several flights land together, and a 48 km fare out to this district is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already waiting and already priced.
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle, at $269 for the group. Split across two aircraft, we can wait for the second or send two vehicles — your choice.
Free, and installed in advance. Tell us the ages at booking — the restraints go in before we drive to the airport, not in the pickup zone with you standing there.
Any hour, every night, holidays included. This is the far side of the shire and it behaves like it.
