How much is a transfer from Belimbla Park to Western Sydney Airport?
$239 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $439 for a full eleven-seat minibus. Western Sydney has its own published price list, usually below the Sydney Airport fare.
Is Western Sydney International open for flights?
You can book a transfer for any date from then, and no deposit is taken.
How far is Western Sydney Airport from Belimbla Park?
Roughly 45 min to cover 44 km. The saving against the 74 km Mascot run is 30 km, and more importantly it is a run that does not go through the tunnel.
Which airport is nearer?
Yes — 44 km against 74 km, a saving of 30 km, and our route to it carries no tolls. For 74 of the 75 suburbs we serve, Western Sydney is the closer airport; Darkes Forest on the escarpment is the single exception.
Where does the driver set us down at the new airport?
At the departures forecourt. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is no guessing between domestic and international and no shuttle between them — the vehicle stops at the door and the bags come out with you.
When do I actually pay for the transfer?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
How early do we need to leave Belimbla Park?
Backwards from the flight rather than forwards from a guess — terminal time, plus 45 min on the road, plus a margin. Give us the flight number and the pickup is set against your boarding time rather than an average.
Do you drive to Badgerys Creek at 3am?
Every hour of every day; set fees apply before 6am and after 8pm. Set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), 8pm–10pm (+$10) and after 10pm (+$20); there is no public-holiday premium.
Will the metro reach Western Sydney Airport?
Rail serves the airport from St Marys, not from Belimbla Park. Getting to that line with checked bags is the problem the transfer solves.
Do you have a minibus for a group going to Western Sydney?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle, at $249 for the group. That is almost always less than two or three separate cars, and it keeps everyone together.
Are child seats included?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no extra cost. We need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Can I change the booking after I make it?
We move the booking free of charge. On the return leg we also track the flight number, so a late arrival shifts the pickup automatically.
Can you take us to Mascot as well?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 74 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Belimbla Park to Sydney Airport page.
Do you carry luggage, or just passengers?
The vehicle is chosen from your bag count as much as your headcount, and the driver loads and unloads it. A sedan takes two large cases and two carry-ons; the minibus takes eleven people's worth.
Is it a private car or a shared shuttle?
Only your group. We do not combine bookings, so the drive is direct.
How much notice do you need for a WSI run?
A day or two outside the peak weeks; more for a minibus or for January. Booking the return leg at the same time saves thinking about it twice.
Can you drop somewhere else at Badgerys Creek?
The passenger terminal is the usual drop, but the aerotropolis precinct around it is the same run and the same fare. Give us the exact address when you book.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Oakdale, Mowbray Park, The Oaks, Orangeville and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to Badgerys Creek.
