The last hour of the trip, sorted before the first. Sydney Airport to Spring Farm (a new estate on the slope between Elderslie and the river, still filling in block by block) as a private transfer: one agreed fare, free waiting after touchdown, and a driver holding your name.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Spring Farm (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $169 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $379 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 56 km from the terminal to the Spring Farm shops on Springs Road, about 52 min. Because the booking follows your flight number rather than a stated time, delays cost nothing — sixty minutes of waiting is included at T1 and forty at T2 and T3, timed from the actual landing. Nothing is payable in advance. Book it with your outbound trip and the whole thing is settled in one message. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Priced before you fly
The homeward leg is the outbound fare plus a $10 pickup fee: $169 for a couple, with fixed steps up as the group grows.

Delayed flights, holidays and long waits at the belt do not move the price. Nothing is added after the fact. No prepayment, no card details on file. You settle it on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The return leg is the one worth booking. Getting out of Spring Farm is usually manageable. Getting home at midnight with luggage is the part that catches people out.

What you get is identical across the range. Tracked arrivals, free restraints fitted before we leave for the terminal, tolls and GST inside the number, and no advance payment on any Spring Farm booking. The cards differ only in passengers and luggage.
How long it takes
Allow about 52 min for the 56 km from the terminal to the Spring Farm shops on Springs Road. Camden Valley Way then in through Elderslie. A short last leg on new roads, easy at night, with the only complication being which of the recent releases you are actually on.
Westbound is the easier direction. The M5 East thins out through the evening, and by about seven the run out of the city is clear — which is why an arrival drive often takes less time than the same trip in the morning.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Spring Farm to Sydney Airport page.
Late, early or cancelled
The single reason arrival transfers go wrong is a booking made against a scheduled time. Ours is made against a flight number, and this is how that plays out when things move.
An hour of free waiting at T1, counted from the moment the aircraft is on the ground. However far the flight slips, the pickup slips with it at no cost.
T2 and T3 carry forty minutes of free waiting from the moment the wheels touch, not from the scheduled time.
If the flight is cancelled or you are rebooked, one message moves the transfer. Nothing has been charged, so nothing has to be refunded.
Give us the flight number rather than a landing time when you book — that is the single thing that makes the arrival look after itself.
Where we wait for you

Clear customs and walk out into the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7, opposite T1 arrivals, and will take the cases from there to the vehicle.
At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — a text from the baggage hall is all the notice the driver needs.
After that the trip is yours alone: the car goes to your address and nowhere else. Cross street at booking, please. Several Spring Farm streets share a name pattern and in the dark they are indistinguishable.
Landing at the new airport
Our arrival service starts the same day, at its own published fare.
about 30 min · toll-free on our route
A short return from WSI, though the estate is new enough that map data lags. Cross street at booking, please, because several Spring Farm streets share a naming pattern. Route detail on the Spring Farm to WSI page.

The default airport for this district today, with a driver inside the T1 hall and a priority-zone pickup at T2 and T3.
$169 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.

The arrivals hall, tired and holding a trolley, is the worst place to weigh this up. Do it now instead.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $169 fixed | ~52 min, door to door | a named driver waiting past customs, the cases carried, one agreed price, no stops on the way |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Menangle or Campbelltown at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~52 min if a car accepts | like Oran Park, the estate is newer than most maps |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~52 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Spring Farm: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Groups off one flight

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $379 — about $34 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. Cruise groups, returning families and wedding parties all land this way.
We need the flight number, the number of passengers and a rough bag count, and that is all. Split across two aircraft? Decide in advance whether you would rather everyone waited together or travelled in two runs.
Booked car or taxi queue
The rank thins when flights are sparse and jams when they are not. It is reliably slowest on the night you most want to be home.
A meter tells you the number at the end of the trip. Ours told you before you left for the airport.
A fare out to a rural address after midnight is a conversation at the rank and a non-event on a booking.
Why it is worth booking
The trip home is settled while you still have a keyboard and a signal, not while you are queuing with a trolley.
A driver waiting with your name is a very different arrival from one spent hunting a rank or a rideshare pin.
A full hour after touchdown at international and forty minutes at domestic, with no meter running.
Booking costs nothing and holds nothing. The money changes hands at the end of the trip, by card, cash or PayID, and we email the invoice afterwards if you want the paperwork.
Tell us the children's ages at booking and the restraints are installed before the vehicle leaves for the airport.
The last arrival of the night and Christmas morning are both normal shifts for a pre-booked car.

Arrival FAQ
One or two passengers pay $169; the largest vehicle, carrying eleven, is $379. The arrival price is the departure price plus a $10 pickup fee, with no loading for the date.
T1: cross to the P7 building opposite arrivals and meet the driver in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside it. T2 and T3: a text from the carousel, then the vehicle at the priority pickup point as you walk through the doors.
Allow 52 min for the 56 km. It is the quicker of the two directions — the congestion that slows a pre-dawn departure sits on the other carriageway when you land.
Nothing, on your side. We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft and a full hour of waiting from touchdown is included at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3 — measured from when you actually land.
We reschedule it, at no charge. Nothing is paid up front, which is precisely why an airline cancellation is an inconvenience rather than a financial loss.
Not a cent. Booking holds nothing on your card; you pay on the day, at the door, and the tax invoice follows by email if you need it for work.
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Cross street at booking, please. Several Spring Farm streets share a name pattern and in the dark they are indistinguishable.
No. The furthest rail takes you is Menangle or Campbelltown, you pay $18.61 each just to leave the airport station, and the last leg still needs a car — normally somebody else's evening.
On a quiet afternoon the rank is fine. On the night three widebodies land within the hour it is not, and a 56 km run at midnight is a fare some drivers decline outright. Yours is assigned and fixed before you board.
Yes. White Bay at Rozelle is 62 km and about 53 min from Spring Farm; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 64 km and about 58 min. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so you message from the terminal doors and the driver is close by.
Yes, at that airport's own published fare. The free waiting and the door drop are the same, and the fare is that airport's own published price.
Yes, in an eleven-seat minibus at $379 for the whole group, which works out near $34 a head. Groups arriving on different flights are handled either by holding the vehicle or by running two pickups.
Free, and installed in advance. Tell us the ages at booking — the restraints go in before we drive to the airport, not in the pickup zone with you standing there.
Yes — the late bank of arrivals is routine work here. Like Oran Park, the estate is newer than most maps.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. Most people book it at the same time as the outbound trip, which is the simplest way to do it.
Message the driver. If the vehicle is already at the airport you will not be waiting long; if it is still on the way, we will tell you exactly how far off it is rather than leaving you guessing.
