From the new terminal to your street. Arrival transfers to Spring Farm — a new estate on the slope between Elderslie and the river, still filling in block by block — with free waiting from touchdown and no advance payment.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Western Sydney International and drives them home to Spring Farm (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. There is one terminal, so the driver meets you at the single terminal's pickup point and messages you once you land, and it is 27 km from the terminal to the Spring Farm shops on Springs Road, about 30 min — 29 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, on a route with no tolls. The fare is $119 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $169 for eleven in one vehicle; the Sydney Airport fare from here is $169. We track the flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no charge — a full hour of free waiting after an international landing and forty minutes after a domestic one. Nothing is payable in advance. Give us the flight and we are watching before you board. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Arrivals are the departure fare plus the $10 pickup fee — $169 for one or two people.

A four-hour delay costs you nothing; a pickup after 10pm adds a set $20. The figure was fixed when you booked. There is no deposit on a Spring Farm arrival — payment happens on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The arrival is the leg worth booking. Getting to an airport is a solvable problem. Getting out of a brand-new one at midnight, in a district with no rail link, is not.
Waiting when you land
The class is chosen before your flight arrives, from your passengers and your luggage rather than from what happens to be at the kerb.

The inclusions do not change with the vehicle. Every Spring Farm arrival carries tolls and GST inside the quoted fare, free child restraints fitted in advance, flight-number tracking and no payment until the day. Seats and boot space are the only difference between the four.
The drive home
Allow about 30 min for the 27 km from the terminal to the Spring Farm shops on Springs Road. Camden Valley Way then in through Elderslie. A short last leg on new roads, easy at night, with the only complication being which of the recent releases you are actually on.
The same drive home from Kingsford Smith is 56 km and about 52 min, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves 29 km — and the route home carries no tolls, which is the part you notice at midnight.
Flying out rather than in? The leave-by times and departure fares are on the Spring Farm to Western Sydney Airport page.
Delays, diversions and late nights
A delayed flight is the normal case, not the exception, so the booking is built around the flight number rather than a clock time. Here is what happens in each situation.
We track the flight number, so a two-hour delay simply moves the pickup. A full hour of waiting from touchdown is included on an international arrival, and it costs nothing.
Forty minutes from touchdown on a domestic arrival, measured from the actual landing rather than the printed time.
Rebooked onto a different day? Tell us and the job moves with you, free of charge.
Give us the flight number rather than a landing time — on an arrival booking that single detail is what makes everything else look after itself.
One hall, one meeting point

Western Sydney International has a single terminal, so there is one arrivals hall and one place to be met. Your driver waits past the doors with your name and takes the cases from there.
Domestic landings carry forty minutes of free waiting from wheels-down. Message the driver once you have your bag and the vehicle comes to the kerb.
After that the trip is yours alone: out of the precinct and straight home, with nothing else on the run sheet. Cross street at booking, please. Several Spring Farm streets share a name pattern and in the dark they are indistinguishable.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 56 km from Spring Farm and Badgerys Creek is 27 km. If your flight lands at the older airport instead, the arrival is met with the same free waiting and the same door drop, at that airport's own published fare.
about 52 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
A short return from WSI, though the estate is new enough that map data lags. Cross street at booking, please, because several Spring Farm streets share a naming pattern. Arrivals into Mascot are covered on the Sydney Airport to Spring Farm page.
about 30 min · no tolls on our route
Still where the long-haul network is, and where most arrivals into this district land until the new airport's schedule fills out.
$119 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteGetting home from a new terminal
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with no rail link to this district and no bus service to it. Standing in the hall at midnight is a bad time to discover that, so here are the options in advance.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $119 fixed | ~30 min, door to door | a driver already at the terminal, help with the cases, and a fixed published fare |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, and it goes the wrong way | not a realistic option | the airport metro runs north to St Marys, not south toward Spring Farm — you would finish further from home than you started |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~30 min if a car accepts | like Oran Park, the estate is newer than most maps |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~30 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left it there — and the car park layout at a brand-new airport is one more thing to work out after a long flight |
Rank behaviour, rideshare supply and parking rates at Western Sydney International will take months to settle. The honest summary for an arrival into Spring Farm: there is no public transport option home from this airport to this district, which is exactly why the booked car is the sensible answer.
Landing as a group

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $169 — about $15 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the rank charges on the night. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
The rank, honestly
Nobody knows yet how the rank at Badgerys Creek behaves when three flights land together. A booked driver is unaffected either way.
Metered and surge pricing on a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Yours was agreed before you left home.
The airport metro runs to St Marys, not out here. Whatever else you choose, the last leg still needs a car.
Why book the arrival
Two minutes before you leave saves the worst twenty minutes of the trip home.
Your name on a card inside the single arrivals hall, rather than a pin dropped in a car park you have never seen.
An hour of free waiting on international arrivals and forty minutes on domestic, counted from wheels-down.
Card, cash or PayID when you get home, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, fitted in advance from the ages you give us.
No date on the calendar carries a surcharge; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Arrival questions
$119 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $169 for a full eleven-seat minibus. Airport pickups carry a set $10 fee on top of the published fare.
Past the arrivals doors, by name. The single-building layout makes this the simplest meet of any Sydney airport.
27 km, normally around 30 min. That is 29 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, and it skips the M5 East entirely.
No charge and no action needed. We watch the flight, the pickup shifts with it, and the free waiting only starts once the wheels are down.
One message rebooks it. No money has changed hands and no card is held, so a cancellation costs you nothing.
Nothing is payable in advance and no card is stored. The fare is settled when you get home.
Yes — there is no interchange and no shared leg. Cross street at booking, please. Several Spring Farm streets share a name pattern and in the dark they are indistinguishable.
The metro runs between St Marys and the terminal. It does not come anywhere near Spring Farm, so the last leg still needs a car, which is the trip you were trying to avoid.
The argument is stronger here than at Mascot. Rank and rideshare supply around a new airport takes months to settle; a pre-booked vehicle does not depend on any of that.
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $169, which is well under what three separate cars would cost.
All three types, included in the fare. The ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle.
Any hour, every night, holidays included. Like Oran Park, the estate is newer than most maps.
Bookings from that date are already open at the published fare.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 56 km from here — meeting points, terminal by terminal, and the free waiting times are on the Sydney Airport to Spring Farm page.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the airport's opening weeks, earlier is better.
