The trip home from Sydney Airport to Oran Park — the fastest-growing town in the district, built from scratch around the Podium and still expanding at the edges — done as a private transfer: your name at the meeting point, your luggage in the boot, and one agreed fare with no meter running.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Oran Park (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $159 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $379 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 48 km from the terminal to Oran Park Podium and the town centre car parks, about 51 min. Because the booking follows your flight number rather than a stated time, delays cost nothing — sixty minutes of waiting is included at T1 and forty at T2 and T3, timed from the actual landing. Nothing is payable in advance. Book both legs together and the return is done before you have packed. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fares, in both directions
One published number in each direction. $159 covers one or two arriving passengers, and only the vehicle size moves it.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $159 | a couple off a long-haul flight |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $219 | three passengers and full-size cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $219 | four travelling together |
| 5 | People Mover | $259 | a family home from a trip |
| 6 | People Mover | $259 | two couples sharing the run |
| 7 | Minibus | $319 | three generations on one flight |
| 8 | Minibus | $319 | passengers off a ship |
| 9 | Minibus | $379 | guests arriving for a function |
| 10 | Minibus | $379 | work crews and touring parties |
| 11 | Minibus | $379 | eleven in one go |
No holiday surcharge and no waiting fee inside the free allowance — set fees apply only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held; the fare is paid on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Why not just sort it out when you land? Because the queue you would be joining is longest exactly when your flight is latest. A booked car is already there, already paid for at a known price.

What you get is identical across the range. Tracked arrivals, free restraints fitted before we leave for the terminal, tolls and GST inside the number, and no advance payment on any Oran Park booking. The cards differ only in passengers and luggage.
Distance and drive time
Allow about 51 min for the 48 km from the terminal to Oran Park Podium and the town centre car parks. Down The Northern Road and into the town, which is the leg most likely to have changed since your last trip. Roadworks here move month to month, so the driver takes the current arrangement rather than the remembered one.
Coming out of the airport you are pointed away from the congestion rather than into it. That is why the same distance that takes an hour and a bit at dawn often does not on the way home.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Oran Park to Sydney Airport page.
Disruption, handled
Almost nothing about an arrival runs to the printed schedule, which is why the pickup is tied to your flight number instead of an agreed hour. The three situations below cover most of it.
Late is normal on long-haul, so the sheet updates itself from the flight number and the first hour after touchdown at T1 is on us.
Domestic arrivals get forty minutes of free waiting, timed from the real landing rather than the printed one.
Diverted to Melbourne or bumped to tomorrow? One message and the booking follows you. Nothing has been charged, so nothing needs unwinding.
The flight number is the only detail that really matters on an arrival booking — everything else follows from it.
Terminal by terminal

Clear customs and walk out into the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7, opposite T1 arrivals, and will take the cases from there to the vehicle.
T2 and T3 work the other way round: you text from the baggage hall, and the vehicle is in the priority pickup area by the time you reach the doors.
Then it is one run to your door with nobody else in the vehicle and nothing else on the itinerary. Give us the street and the nearest cross street when you book. This one suburb accounts for more wrong-corner arrivals than anywhere else we serve, and thirty seconds at booking prevents it entirely.
Western Sydney arrivals
Western Sydney International takes passengers, and we meet arrivals there with its own published fare, the same free waiting and the same door drop.
about 21 min · toll-free on our route
The return is short enough that a WSI landing barely feels like a trip. The complication is not the drive but the address — new streets appear faster than navigation data updates, so we take the cross street at booking. Route detail on the Oran Park to WSI page.
about 51 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
Still the busier of the two for us: the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, priority pickup at the domestic terminals.
$159 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.

Nobody makes a good decision about transport while queuing with luggage, so the comparison is set out here.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $159 fixed | ~51 min, door to door | a named driver waiting past customs, the cases carried, one agreed price, no stops on the way |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Campbelltown or Menangle at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~51 min if a car accepts | The bigger problem at Oran Park is not the drive but the address |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~51 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Oran Park: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Eleven in one vehicle

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $379 — about $34 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups to Oran Park — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
Against the taxi rank
When three long-haul flights land together the rank moves slowly. A pre-booked car is unaffected by that entirely.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip of this length will cost until it ends. Our figure was fixed at booking.
A fare this far out of the city is one some drivers would rather not take at midnight. Yours is already assigned.
Six reasons to pre-book
One message before you leave home covers the whole return leg, which is the part travellers most often leave to chance.
The difference between a good arrival and a bad one is whether a person is standing there when the doors open.
Free waiting is measured from touchdown, so a slow bag belt or a long immigration queue costs nothing.
No deposit, no pre-authorisation, no card details sitting on file. The fare is settled with the driver when you get home — card, cash or PayID — and an invoice follows by email if you need it.
Ages at booking mean capsules and boosters are in the vehicle before it heads for the terminal, at no charge.
Public holidays are charged at the ordinary fare; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.
The drive, step by step
Out of the tunnel and west — this is the line we drive from the terminal home to Oran Park.

Common arrival questions
One or two passengers pay $159; the largest vehicle, carrying eleven, is $379. The arrival price is the departure price plus a $10 pickup fee, with no loading for the date.
T1: cross to the P7 building opposite arrivals and meet the driver in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside it. T2 and T3: a text from the carousel, then the vehicle at the priority pickup point as you walk through the doors.
Allow 51 min for the 48 km. It is the quicker of the two directions — the congestion that slows a pre-dawn departure sits on the other carriageway when you land.
Nothing, on your side. We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft and a full hour of waiting from touchdown is included at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3 — measured from when you actually land.
We reschedule it, at no charge. Nothing is paid up front, which is precisely why an airline cancellation is an inconvenience rather than a financial loss.
Not a cent. Booking holds nothing on your card; you pay on the day, at the door, and the tax invoice follows by email if you need it for work.
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Give us the street and the nearest cross street when you book. This one suburb accounts for more wrong-corner arrivals than anywhere else we serve, and thirty seconds at booking prevents it entirely.
Not all the way. Rail reaches Campbelltown or Menangle at best, with an $18.61 airport station access fee per adult, and somebody still has to collect you from the platform — which is usually the trip you were trying to avoid.
On a quiet afternoon the rank is fine. On the night three widebodies land within the hour it is not, and a 48 km run at midnight is a fare some drivers decline outright. Yours is assigned and fixed before you board.
Both terminals, at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 55 km away, roughly 52 min; Circular Quay is 57 km, about 57 min. Because ships release passengers by luggage colour rather than by clock, we work off a text from you.
Yes, at that airport's own published fare. The free waiting and the door drop are the same, and the fare is that airport's own published price.
Yes, in an eleven-seat minibus at $379 for the whole group, which works out near $34 a head. Groups arriving on different flights are handled either by holding the vehicle or by running two pickups.
Free, and installed in advance. Tell us the ages at booking — the restraints go in before we drive to the airport, not in the pickup zone with you standing there.
Yes — the late bank of arrivals is routine work here. The bigger problem at Oran Park is not the drive but the address.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. Most people book it at the same time as the outbound trip, which is the simplest way to do it.
Message the driver. If the vehicle is already at the airport you will not be waiting long; if it is still on the way, we will tell you exactly how far off it is rather than leaving you guessing.
