How much is a transfer from the cruise terminal to Harrington Park?
A fixed $199 one way for one or two passengers, up to $299 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
What time will you collect us?
You message us when you are actually through, and the driver comes to the terminal doors. Cruise lines call passengers down by luggage tag across a couple of hours, so there is no booked minute to miss and no penalty for a slow morning.
Is there a meter running while we queue?
No meter and no clock. The fare was fixed before you sailed and the wait does not change it.
How long is the drive home?
White Bay is 53 min from home, Circular Quay 57 min. Both are door-to-door figures.
Which terminal will my ship dock at?
Both terminals, same price. The OPT has the tighter kerb, which is why we wait nearby and come in on your message rather than sitting on it.
Will our luggage fit?
That is exactly why we ask for a case count at booking. A cruise comes home heavier than it left, and the vehicle is chosen for the boot rather than the seats.
Is a deposit required?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at your door on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Is it door to door from the terminal?
Yes. One vehicle, your party only, terminal to door. Watch the crescents — several loop back on themselves. Give us the street and the nearest cross street and the last two minutes take one.
Why not just take a taxi when we get off?
On disembarkation morning, considerably. Two or three thousand passengers come off at once and a 59 km fare out to this district is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already there and already priced.
Do you have a vehicle for a group coming off a ship?
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle at $299. Groups off a ship usually have more luggage than the seat count suggests, so mention the cases at booking.
Do you fit capsules and boosters for the drive home?
Yes and no charge — the ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the car.
Is there public transport from the cruise terminals?
Realistically no. It is not the distance, it is doing it with a fortnight of luggage.
Do you also do the sail-day run?
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Harrington Park cruise transfers page.
Do you do multiple drop-offs?
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement — tell us at booking and we plan the order.
Can we move the booking?
Tell us and it moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
How will the driver know we are off the ship?
One text. When you are through the hall with the cases, message the number on your confirmation and the driver comes to the doors. That is the whole arrangement.
Do you serve the towns for disembarkations?
Spring Farm, Elderslie, Narellan, Narellan Vale and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
