Off the ship and straight home. Fixed-fare transfers from White Bay and Circular Quay to Narellan — the commercial centre of the district, where Camden Valley Way and Narellan Road cross — with the driver waiting nearby and no clock running while you queue.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets disembarking cruise passengers at both Sydney terminals and drives them home to Narellan (NSW 2567) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is 58 km from Narellan Town Centre and the surrounding car parks, about 49 min; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 60 km, about 53 min. The fare is $199 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $299 for eleven in one vehicle, and it matches the sail-day fare exactly. Disembarkation is released by luggage tag rather than a published time, so there is no booked minute to miss: you message from the terminal doors and the driver comes in, with no meter running while you queue. Nothing is payable in advance. Send the ship and the date; we do the rest from your message on the morning. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Disembarkation transfers cost the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee — $199 for one or two people, from either terminal.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $199 | solo flyers and couples |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $219 | three with the cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $219 | four adults, no squeeze |
| 5 | People Mover | $239 | family holidays |
| 6 | People Mover | $239 | two couples sharing the run |
| 7 | Minibus | $279 | larger family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $279 | two families sharing one vehicle |
| 9 | Minibus | $299 | sports teams and club trips |
| 10 | Minibus | $299 | teams and work crews |
| 11 | Minibus | $299 | the most we fit in one vehicle |
No weekend loading; pickups before 6am add $20 and extra bags beyond one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger are $5 each. The quoted number is the number. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held; the fare is paid at your door. Fares reviewed August 2026.
One booking, both ends. Most people arrange the return at the same time as the outbound — nothing to organise from a ship's wifi at sea.
Waiting when you land
Tell us the case count when you book — a cruise comes home heavier than it left, and the vehicle is chosen for that.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, and there is no meter while you clear the terminal. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The drive home
Allow about 49 min for the 58 km from White Bay at Rozelle to Narellan Town Centre and the surrounding car parks, and about 53 min for the 60 km from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Coming back, Narellan Road westbound in the middle of the morning moves freely. Town centre pickups need a named spot rather than a general one.
Getting out of the terminal precinct is the slow part on disembarkation morning, not the motorway. Once past the Anzac Bridge the run usually clears, and the whole of that allowance is inside the fare rather than on a meter.
Sailing out rather than home? Boarding-window timing and the sail-day fare are on the Narellan cruise transfers page.
How the morning actually runs
A ship does not release everyone at once, so a cruise pickup cannot be booked to a minute. It is arranged around your message from the terminal doors instead. Here is how each part of the morning works.
There is no arrival time to get wrong, because ships do not release everyone at once. The pickup runs off your message from the terminal doors.
A late berthing or a slow customs hall costs you nothing. There is no meter and no waiting fee.
An itinerary change is a phone call, not a problem — and because no deposit was taken, there is nothing to claw back.
The ship name and date are what we need in advance; your message on the day is what triggers the pickup.
Where we meet you

Rozelle's White Bay releases passengers in waves by luggage tag. We hold nearby and pull in on your message, which is the only arrangement that survives a slow morning.
The Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay has the tightest kerb in Sydney, so the same arrangement applies: we hold nearby and come to the doors when you message.
From there it is one run home — no interchange, no shared loop, and nobody else to drop off first. Town centre addresses need a specific meeting point rather than a general one — the car parks are large and poorly lit at night. We will name a spot at booking.
The two terminals
White Bay at Rozelle is 58 km from Narellan and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 60 km. Your cruise documents name the one your ship berths at; both are met on the same terms and at the same fare.

about 53 min · Circular Quay, tightest kerb of the two
The city terminal, right on the harbour, with almost no waiting room at the kerb — which is why the driver holds nearby and comes in on your message.
$199 from either terminal. Rozelle or Circular Quay, weekday or weekend, early release or late — the fare was set by your suburb and your group size.

A whole ship empties into one rank inside about two hours, and the luggage rules out most of the alternatives. Worth reading before you sail rather than while you are standing there.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $199 fixed | ~49 min, door to door | one vehicle, one run home, at a number you already know |
| Train and a walk | Opal fares, plus a lift at the far end | 2 hrs or more, with the cases | White Bay has no station at all, and from Circular Quay it is a change and then still a car at the Narellan end — with a fortnight of luggage |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~49 min if a car accepts | hotel and serviced-apartment arrivals are common here, often business travellers landing late with a meeting the next morning |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~49 min plus retrieving the car | neither terminal has long-stay parking, so it means a fortnight of inner-west parking fees and then finding the car with the cases |
Neither cruise terminal has long-stay parking of its own, and neither is reachable from Narellan without a car at one end. The honest summary: a solo traveller with a cabin bag can make the train from Circular Quay work; two people with a fortnight of luggage cannot.
Landing as a group

Eleven disembarking passengers travel home in one vehicle for $299 — about $27 a seat, against three cars from a rank an entire ship is queuing at. Everyone leaves together, which on that morning is worth more than the saving.
Send the ship, the date, the headcount and an honest bag count. Groups coming off a cruise routinely have more luggage than the seat count implies, and it is far better to know that now than at the terminal.
The rank, honestly
Three thousand passengers come off at once and the queue reflects it. A booked driver is not in that queue.
Metered pricing on a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Yours was agreed before you sailed.
A rank car that fits four people rarely fits four people's cruise luggage. Ours was chosen for it.
Why book the arrival
The trip home is settled while you still have a keyboard and a signal.
That is the whole arrangement. No slot, nothing to miss, no penalty for a slow morning.
A late berthing or a long queue costs nothing, because there is no meter running.
Nothing taken at booking, and no cancellation fee if the sailing changes.
Cruise cases are the reason people book this leg. We plan the vehicle around them.
Fitted before the vehicle leaves, from the ages you gave us at booking.

Arrival questions
Between $199 and $299, set by the seat count. White Bay and Circular Quay cost the same.
By message rather than by clock. That is the only arrangement that survives a disembarkation, where the release order is by tag colour and not by cabin number.
Nothing is charged for waiting. A late berthing, a long customs queue or a slow lift are all free time here.
About 49 min for the 58 km from White Bay at Rozelle, and 53 min for the 60 km from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. The slow part is getting out of the terminal precinct rather than the motorway.
We meet ships at both. Rozelle is 58 km from Narellan; Circular Quay is 60 km. If the paperwork is not clear, send it to us and we will work out which.
Plenty, provided we know in advance. Duty free, gifts and a fortnight of washing all have to go somewhere, and a sedan that fitted you on the way out may not on the way back.
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at your door on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Town centre addresses need a specific meeting point rather than a general one — the car parks are large and poorly lit at night. We will name a spot at booking.
The gap is widest exactly when you need it least — a whole ship emptying into one rank inside two hours. A pre-booked vehicle is not part of that.
One minibus takes eleven for $299, which beats three cars from the rank on both price and on everyone leaving together.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Realistically no. It is not the distance, it is doing it with a fortnight of luggage.
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Narellan cruise transfers page.
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
No fee. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
One text. When you are through the hall with the cases, message the number on your confirmation and the driver comes to the doors. That is the whole arrangement.
