How much is a cruise transfer from Harrington Park?
Between $199 and $299, decided by how many seats you need. Rozelle and Circular Quay cost the same.
Which terminal will my ship sail from?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 59 km from Harrington Park; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 61 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How much time should we allow for the drive?
59 km and roughly 53 min to Rozelle; 61 km and about 57 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
Do you have room for a fortnight's packing?
Cruise bags are bigger and there are more of them, which is why we ask about them at booking rather than discovering the problem in your driveway. The vehicle is sized from the back forwards.
Do I pay before the sailing?
Nothing up front. The fare is settled at the terminal, which also means a changed sailing costs you nothing.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Harrington Park page.
Do you have a vehicle for a group sailing?
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $299, about $27 a seat. On a cruise run the luggage is the limit rather than the seats, so tell us the case count and we will be straight with you about whether it all fits.
Could we get to White Bay on public transport?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Harrington Park means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Do you fit capsules and boosters?
Yes and no charge — but the ages matter at booking, because the seats go in before we set off.
Are early pickups a problem?
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Families and couples in roughly equal measure, and a good number of long-haul arrivals landing after ten.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Harrington Park to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, but the January and Christmas cruise season fills much earlier — for those, book when you book the cabin.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement. Tell us the addresses at booking and we plan the order around the boarding window.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No fee either way. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
Do you drop at the terminal doors or a car park?
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Spring Farm, Elderslie, Narellan, Narellan Vale and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
