The airport moved closer. Private transfers from Grasmere (the rural pocket immediately north-west of Camden, still paddocks rather than estates) to Badgerys Creek, priced before you book and paid on the day you travel.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Grasmere (NSW 2570) to Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The airport takes passengers, and it is 26 km from the Grasmere corner on Cawdor Road to the terminal, about 37 min. That is 34 km shorter than the 60 km run to Kingsford Smith, and our route carries no tolls. The fare is $109 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $169 for eleven in one vehicle — the Sydney Airport run from here is $169. Nothing is payable in advance. Send the flight number and we set the pickup around it. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare, each airport
$169 one way for a couple, rising only with the number of seats. The airport you are flying from makes no difference to the number.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $109 | one or two travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $119 | a small family |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $119 | four with luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $139 | holiday departures |
| 6 | People Mover | $139 | two families travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $159 | extended families |
| 8 | Minibus | $159 | cruise passengers with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $169 | guests travelling as one group |
| 10 | Minibus | $169 | group and club travel |
| 11 | Minibus | $169 | the largest single vehicle |
That price is final. It covers tolls and GST, one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger and any child restraints, and it is paid to the driver on the day rather than at booking. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Does WSI have its own fare? Yes — $109 for one or two passengers, against $169 to Kingsford Smith, because the price follows the distance from your street and the vehicle you need.
Matched to your group
Passengers and luggage set the vehicle, and we settle that when you book rather than working it out in your driveway.

The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The western run
Allow about 37 min for the 26 km from the Grasmere corner on Cawdor Road to the terminal forecourt. Grasmere is one of the closest points in the district to the new airport.
The same trip to Kingsford Smith is 60 km and about 1 hr 4 min, so Badgerys Creek saves 34 km — and, more usefully, it skips the M5 East and the airport tunnel, which is where the Mascot run loses its time on a bad morning.
Arriving rather than departing? The meeting points and free waiting times are on the Western Sydney Airport to Grasmere page.
Departure timing, worked backwards
Western Sydney International is a shorter drive than Mascot from here, so the alarm goes off later — but the terminal deadline works the same way. Here is how we set the pickup.
These are guides. Give us the flight number when you book and we set the exact time against it, including for the first wave of departures after the airport opens.
One terminal, one kerb

A single terminal is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport: no T1-versus-T3 confusion, no shuttle between buildings, just a forecourt and a door.
Coming back the other way, the driver meets you inside the arrivals area with your name, and the flight is tracked so a delay moves the pickup at no cost.
Going out, we collect you at your own address at a time worked back from the terminal deadline — not a meeting point down the road.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 60 km from Grasmere and Badgerys Creek is 26 km. The new airport wins on distance by 34 km and on route quality by rather more than that, but the older one still has the wider network of long-haul destinations. Here are both, honestly.
about 1 hr 4 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Where the long-haul network still is today, and where most flights out of this district leave from until the new airport's schedule fills out. Departure fares and leave-by times for Mascot are on the Grasmere to Sydney Airport page.
about 37 min · no tolls on our route
Through Camden and up The Northern Road — Grasmere is one of the closest points in the district to the new airport. Farm entrances at the start, open road the rest of the way.
$169 to Sydney Airport, $109 to Western Sydney. The fare is set by your suburb and your group size, not by the terminal at the far end — so switching airports after booking does not change the number.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with a road network built for it and a rail line that does not reach this district. That changes how the options compare.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $109 fixed | ~37 min, door to door | one fixed fare, door to terminal forecourt, with the luggage carried and set fees only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, plus getting yourself to the line | 2 hrs or more, with changes | the airport metro runs from St Marys, not from Grasmere — you would need to reach it with your luggage first, which is the trip you were trying to avoid |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~37 min if a car accepts | close to Camden but not served by anything that runs late |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~37 min plus the car park shuttle | parking at a brand-new airport is untested at this stage, and it still means leaving a car sitting there for the length of the trip |
Fares, parking rates and the metro timetable at Western Sydney International will settle over its first months, so check anything time-sensitive before you rely on it. The honest summary for Grasmere: for a departure from Badgerys Creek there is no realistic public transport option from this district, which is exactly why a fixed-fare car makes sense.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $169 — about $15 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 26 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $109 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cases carried to the boot and out again at the forecourt, with child restraints already fitted — not an argument about whether the pram fits.
Why pre-book the western run
You pay your suburb's published price whether you fly from Badgerys Creek or Mascot. Its own fare, usually below Sydney Airport.
The run from here goes up The Northern Road rather than through the M5 East and the airport tunnel — and the toll saving is already inside your fixed fare.
A single building means no guessing between domestic and international, and no shuttle bus between them.
No deposit and no card held. You pay the driver when you get there, by card, cash or PayID.
We are taking bookings now on exactly the same terms as every other run.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, installed before we arrive and included in the fare.

Questions, answered plainly
Between $109 and $169, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Grasmere, Badgerys Creek is $109 and Mascot $169.
You can book a transfer for any date from then, and no deposit is taken.
26 km, normally around 37 min. Kingsford Smith is 60 km from here, so the new airport saves 34 km and the tolled section with it.
It is: 26 km rather than 60 km. The distance saving is 34 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
Straight to the departures door of the one terminal. Nothing to work out on arrival, and the driver carries the luggage rather than just unlocking the boot.
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day, which is also why there is no cancellation fee if your plans change.
Backwards from the flight rather than forwards from a guess — terminal time, plus 37 min on the road, plus a margin. Give us the flight number and the pickup is set against your boarding time rather than an average.
Every hour of every day; set fees apply before 6am and after 8pm. Set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), 8pm–10pm (+$10) and after 10pm (+$20); there is no public-holiday premium.
Rail serves the airport from St Marys, not from Grasmere. Getting to that line with checked bags is the problem the transfer solves.
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $169. Beyond eleven we run a second vehicle and quote it in advance.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for your address. Give us the ages at booking.
Message or call and we move it at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 60 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Grasmere to Sydney Airport page.
The vehicle is chosen from your bag count as much as your headcount, and the driver loads and unloads it. A sedan takes two large cases and two carry-ons; the minibus takes eleven people's worth.
Yours alone. There is no shared loop and no interchange — the word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
Anything from a day ahead usually works, though the holiday periods and the airport's first months fill earlier.
Anywhere in the airport precinct, at the same price. The terminal forecourt is simply where most bookings end.
