How much is a cruise transfer from Campbelltown?
$199 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $299 for a full eleven-seat minibus. The cruise terminals have their own published fare, with no sail-day loading.
Which terminal will my ship sail from?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 53 km from Campbelltown; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 55 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How far is White Bay from Campbelltown?
White Bay is 46 min away, Circular Quay 50 min. Both figures are door to terminal, and both include an allowance for the queue at the far end.
How early do we need to leave?
From your boarding window rather than the departure time on the ticket. Cruise lines board by deck and luggage tag across several hours, so the useful number is when your deck can board — we work back from that, plus the drive and the terminal approach.
Will our cruise cases fit?
That is the question that picks the vehicle. A cruise generates more luggage than a flight, so tell us the case count as well as the headcount and we send something with the boot for it — a sedan for a couple travelling light, a people mover or minibus for anything more.
Do I pay before the sailing?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Do you do the return leg too?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Campbelltown page.
Do you have a vehicle for a group sailing?
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $299, about $27 a seat. On a cruise run the luggage is the limit rather than the seats, so tell us the case count and we will be straight with you about whether it all fits.
What are the alternatives to a booked car?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Campbelltown means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
Yes and no charge — but the ages matter at booking, because the seats go in before we set off.
Will you collect at 4am for a morning boarding?
Every day of the year, with no weekend or holiday loading. Early sail-day starts are ordinary work; pickups before 6am add $20. There is a train, and until about midnight it is a real option if you are travelling light.
How much notice do you need?
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal on a cruise booking and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
Can we change the booking after the cruise line changes the date?
Tell us and the booking moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
As close as the marshals allow, which at both terminals is the entrance itself.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Menangle Park, Darkes Forest, Menangle, Appin and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
