What is the fare from Mowbray Park to White Bay?
Between $269 and $409, decided by how many seats you need. Rozelle and Circular Quay cost the same.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
Both. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name the one you need — from Mowbray Park it is 76 km to White Bay and 78 km to the Quay.
How far is White Bay from Mowbray Park?
76 km and roughly 1 hr 13 min to Rozelle; 78 km and about 1 hr 18 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
What time will you pick us up on sail day?
We use the boarding window on your cruise documents, not the sailing time. Those are different numbers and the second one is no use for planning a pickup.
Will our cruise cases fit?
Cruise bags are bigger and there are more of them, which is why we ask about them at booking rather than discovering the problem in your driveway. The vehicle is sized from the back forwards.
When do I actually pay?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Can you meet us at disembarkation?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Mowbray Park page.
Can eleven of us travel together?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle at $409. With a full cruise load we may suggest a second vehicle rather than promise something that will not close.
What are the alternatives to a booked car?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Mowbray Park means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves. Give us the ages at booking.
Do you run the very early sail-day starts?
Every day of the year, with no weekend or holiday loading. Early sail-day starts are ordinary work; pickups before 6am add $20. A good share of our Mowbray Park arrivals are guests returning to the farmstay rather than residents, often as a group off one flight.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Mowbray Park to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
How far ahead should we book?
A day or two outside the peak. Over the summer sailing season, considerably more; that is when the terminals and the fleet are both busiest.
Can you collect from several addresses in one booking?
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement. Tell us the addresses at booking and we plan the order around the boarding window.
What if our sailing is cancelled or moved?
Tell us and the booking moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
Do you serve the towns for sailings?
Oakdale, Belimbla Park, Lakesland, The Oaks and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
