What does the run from Elderslie to the cruise terminal cost?
Between $209 and $309, decided by how many seats you need. Rozelle and Circular Quay cost the same.
Which terminal will my ship sail from?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 61 km from Elderslie; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 63 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How long is the drive from Elderslie to the terminal?
61 km and roughly 52 min to Rozelle; 63 km and about 57 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
We use the boarding window on your cruise documents, not the sailing time. Those are different numbers and the second one is no use for planning a pickup.
Will our cruise cases fit?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. On a sail day the luggage usually outranks the passenger count when we choose the class.
When do I actually pay?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day you sail.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Elderslie page.
Do you have a vehicle for a group sailing?
One minibus takes eleven for $309. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
What are the alternatives to a booked car?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Elderslie means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Do you fit capsules and boosters?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Will you collect at 4am for a morning boarding?
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Elderslie skews young and travels in school holidays, which means a lot of our arrivals here land in the evening with several children asleep in the back.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Elderslie to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, but the January and Christmas cruise season fills much earlier — for those, book when you book the cabin.
We are travelling with family from two houses — is that possible?
Within one suburb, yes, and at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly than squeeze it.
What if our sailing is cancelled or moved?
No fee either way. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Harrington Park, Oran Park, Spring Farm, Camden and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
