The trip home from Sydney Airport to Menangle Park — the racecourse flats south of Campbelltown, now filling with new housing along the river — done as a private transfer: your name at the meeting point, your luggage in the boot, and one agreed fare with no meter running.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Menangle Park (NSW 2563) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $159 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $369 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 53 km from the terminal to the Menangle Park Paceway entrance, about 54 min. Because the booking follows your flight number rather than a stated time, delays cost nothing — sixty minutes of waiting is included at T1 and forty at T2 and T3, timed from the actual landing. Nothing is payable in advance. Send the flight number now and the rest of it looks after itself. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fares, in both directions
The homeward leg is the outbound fare plus a $10 pickup fee: $159 for a couple, with fixed steps up as the group grows.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $159 | a couple off a long-haul flight |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $209 | three passengers and full-size cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $209 | four travelling together |
| 5 | People Mover | $249 | a family home from a trip |
| 6 | People Mover | $249 | two couples sharing the run |
| 7 | Minibus | $309 | three generations on one flight |
| 8 | Minibus | $309 | passengers off a ship |
| 9 | Minibus | $369 | guests arriving for a function |
| 10 | Minibus | $369 | work crews and touring parties |
| 11 | Minibus | $369 | eleven in one go |
The fare does not change because the flight was three hours late or because it is a public holiday. It is the same number you were quoted when you booked. Booking a Menangle Park transfer costs nothing up front; you pay the driver on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Why not just sort it out when you land? Because the queue you would be joining is longest exactly when your flight is latest. A booked car is already there, already paid for at a known price.

No class is a better service than another. All four include the tolls, the GST, the child seats and the flight tracking, and none of them asks for money before the day. Pick on headcount and bags alone.
Distance and drive time
Allow about 54 min for the 53 km from the terminal to the Menangle Park Paceway entrance. Off the M5 at Campbelltown then south on Menangle Road. Quiet at night, though race meetings can put real traffic on that road at odd hours, which we check before quoting an arrival time.
Traffic is asymmetric here. The queue that costs a 4am departure twenty minutes is on the other side of the road when you land, so arrival runs tend to come in at or under the estimate.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Menangle Park to Sydney Airport page.
Disruption, handled
Nobody plans for the flight to slip three hours, so we plan for it instead: the pickup tracks the aircraft, not the timetable. What follows is what happens in each case.
T1 arrivals carry sixty minutes of included waiting from touchdown, and the driver leaves for the airport based on where the aircraft actually is.
At T2 and T3 you have forty minutes from wheels-down before waiting is even discussed, which comfortably covers a domestic bag belt.
Cancellations and reroutes are handled by phone or text at no cost — there is no deposit sitting with us to argue about.
The flight number is the only detail that really matters on an arrival booking — everything else follows from it.
Terminal by terminal

You clear customs, walk through the barrier, and there is your name. The driver takes the trolley from there and walks you out to the car.
For T2 and T3 the driver waits in the priority pickup area. Send a text once you have your bag and the car is at the kerb as you reach the door.
After that the trip is yours alone: the car goes to your address and nowhere else. New streets, incomplete map data. A cross street at booking makes the difference between arriving and circling.
Western Sydney arrivals
Western Sydney International takes passengers, and we meet arrivals there with its own published fare, the same free waiting and the same door drop.
about 40 min · toll-free on our route
Back across through Narellan and down Menangle Road. New streets here mean map data lags, so we take a cross street at booking rather than relying on the app. Route detail on the Menangle Park to WSI page.
about 54 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The overwhelming majority of arrivals we meet are here — inside the hall at T1, at the priority zone for T2 and T3.
$159 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteHow the alternatives stack up
Worth reading before you fly rather than after you land, because the options look very different at 11pm.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $159 fixed | ~54 min, door to door | a named driver waiting past customs, the cases carried, one agreed price, no stops on the way |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Menangle Park or Menangle at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~54 min if a car accepts | The new estates here have very little in the way of late services |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~54 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Menangle Park: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Eleven in one vehicle

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $369 — about $34 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. Cruise groups, returning families and wedding parties all land this way.
We need the flight number, the number of passengers and a rough bag count, and that is all. Split across two aircraft? Decide in advance whether you would rather everyone waited together or travelled in two runs.
Against the taxi rank
Ranks are fine at 2pm on a Tuesday. They are not fine at 11pm when four international flights have landed inside forty minutes.
Metered pricing on a run this long depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue. A fixed fare removes the question.
A long one-way run with no return fare is not every driver's preference. Ours is dispatched knowing exactly where it goes.
Six reasons to pre-book
One message before you leave home covers the whole return leg, which is the part travellers most often leave to chance.
The difference between a good arrival and a bad one is whether a person is standing there when the doors open.
Free waiting is measured from touchdown, so a slow bag belt or a long immigration queue costs nothing.
You are not charged anything at booking and no hold goes on your card. Payment happens at your door on the day, however you prefer to pay, with a tax invoice on request.
Ages at booking mean capsules and boosters are in the vehicle before it heads for the terminal, at no charge.
Public holidays are charged at the ordinary fare; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Common arrival questions
Between $159 and $369, decided by how many seats you need rather than by the traffic; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. It is the outbound fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
Walk out of customs at T1 and the driver taking you to Menangle Park is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7. At T2 and T3 there is no hall to wait in, so you message once you have your bag and the car pulls into the priority area for the run out to Menangle Park.
Roughly 54 min to cover 53 km. Evening arrivals usually run clean once past the airport tunnel, since the heavy traffic on the M5 East is heading the opposite way.
It costs you nothing. The booking is tied to the flight number, not a time you nominated, so the driver simply leaves later. Sixty minutes of free waiting applies at T1 and forty at the domestic terminals, timed from the real landing rather than the schedule you booked against.
Tell us the new flight number and the job moves with it. Nothing was taken at booking, so a cancellation costs you exactly nothing.
No, and no pre-authorisation either. Payment happens at the end of the trip, at your door, in whichever of card, cash or PayID suits you at your Menangle Park address.
Yes. One vehicle, your party only, from the terminal to the address. New streets, incomplete map data. A cross street at booking makes the difference between arriving and circling.
Not all the way. Rail reaches Menangle Park or Menangle at best, with an $18.61 airport station access fee per adult, and somebody still has to collect you from the platform — which is usually the trip you were trying to avoid.
Usually, and the difference is worst on the bad nights. When several long-haul flights land together the rank slows right down, and a 53 km fare out of the city is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already waiting and already priced.
Yes — at that airport's own published fare. The fare there is $129 for one or two, with the same included waiting and the same drive to your address.
One minibus takes eleven and their bags for $369 — about $34 per seat against three taxis at whatever the meters say. Two flights, two options: hold, or run separately.
Yes, at no cost. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves for the terminal, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than when you land.
Every night of the year, including the last arrivals. The new estates here have very little in the way of late services.
A day or two is plenty outside the busy weeks; over Christmas and school holidays give us more for a Menangle Park run. The easiest approach is to book both legs together when you arrange the departure.
Send a text. Often the car is already on site and it is a couple of minutes; if not, you get a real number of minutes rather than a vague reassurance about the Menangle Park run.
