Home from the harbour. Disembarkation transfers to Menangle Park — the racecourse flats south of Campbelltown, now filling with new housing along the river — one vehicle, your party only, and a boot that fits the cases you left with.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets disembarking cruise passengers at both Sydney terminals and drives them home to Menangle Park (NSW 2563) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is 60 km from the Menangle Park Paceway entrance, about 56 min; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 62 km, about 1 hr. The fare is $199 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $299 for eleven in one vehicle, and it matches the sail-day fare exactly. Disembarkation is released by luggage tag rather than a published time, so there is no booked minute to miss: you message from the terminal doors and the driver comes in, with no meter running while you queue. Nothing is payable in advance. Give us the sailing details and the pickup looks after itself. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
The run home is priced exactly like the run out: $199 one way for one or two passengers, with the same steps above that.

| 4 | Kia Carnival | $219 | four adults and luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $239 | school-holiday family runs |
| 6 | People Mover | $239 | two households travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $279 | extended family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $279 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $299 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $299 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $299 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
The fare does not move because the ship docked late, because the queue was long, or because it is a Sunday. Tolls and GST are inside it. No prepayment, no card details on file. You settle it when you arrive. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The fare was set before you sailed. Whatever the morning looks like at the terminal, the number does not move.
Waiting when you land
We size the vehicle before you sail, from the cases you are taking plus whatever the holiday adds.

Same service in all four. Whichever class meets you, the fare covers tolls and GST, the child seats are free and already fitted, the waiting is not charged for, and nothing is payable before the drive to Menangle Park.
The drive home
Allow about 56 min for the 60 km from White Bay at Rozelle to the Menangle Park Paceway entrance, and about 1 hr for the 62 km from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. The return is the M5 west then south on Menangle Road. New estates at the end, so the cross street matters when the driver arrives with a full boot.
Getting out of the terminal precinct is the slow part on disembarkation morning, not the motorway. Once past the Anzac Bridge the run usually clears, and the whole of that allowance is inside the fare rather than on a meter.
Sailing out rather than home? Boarding-window timing and the sail-day fare are on the Menangle Park cruise transfers page.
How the morning actually runs
A ship does not release everyone at once, so a cruise pickup cannot be booked to a minute. It is arranged around your message from the terminal doors instead. Here is how each part of the morning works.
No fixed pickup time and nothing to miss. The driver is nearby from early and waits for your word.
Ships arrive when they arrive. Waiting for one is part of the fare, not an extra on it.
Cancelled sailing or a changed itinerary? One message moves the booking. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.
One message from the terminal doors is all it takes on the day.
Where we meet you

The driver stays close to the White Bay terminal and moves on your text. Nothing is charged for the wait.
The OPT sits right on the Quay with almost no waiting room, so we wait a street away and pull in when you are through.
Then it is a single drive to the door, with the cases handled at both ends. New streets, incomplete map data. A cross street at booking makes the difference between arriving and circling.
The two terminals
White Bay at Rozelle is 60 km from Menangle Park and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 62 km. Your cruise documents name the one your ship berths at; both are met on the same terms and at the same fare.
about 56 min · Rozelle, via James Craig Rd
The return is the M5 west then south on Menangle Road. New estates at the end, so the cross street matters when the driver arrives with a full boot. Full detail on the White Bay transfers page.
about 1 hr · Circular Quay, tightest kerb of the two
The city terminal, right on the harbour, with almost no waiting room at the kerb — which is why the driver holds nearby and comes in on your message.
$199 from either terminal. Rozelle or Circular Quay, weekday or weekend, early release or late — the fare was set by your suburb and your group size.

A whole ship empties into one rank inside about two hours, and the luggage rules out most of the alternatives. Worth reading before you sail rather than while you are standing there.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $199 fixed | ~56 min, door to door | one vehicle, one run home, at a number you already know |
| Train and a walk | Opal fares, plus a lift at the far end | 2 hrs or more, with the cases | White Bay has no station at all, and from Circular Quay it is a change and then still a car at the Menangle Park end — with a fortnight of luggage |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~56 min if a car accepts | the new estates here have very little in the way of late services |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~56 min plus retrieving the car | neither terminal has long-stay parking, so it means a fortnight of inner-west parking fees and then finding the car with the cases |
Neither cruise terminal has long-stay parking of its own, and neither is reachable from Menangle Park without a car at one end. The honest summary: a solo traveller with a cabin bag can make the train from Circular Quay work; two people with a fortnight of luggage cannot.
Landing as a group

Eleven disembarking passengers travel home in one vehicle for $299 — about $27 a seat, against three cars from a rank an entire ship is queuing at. Everyone leaves together, which on that morning is worth more than the saving.
Send the ship, the date, the headcount and an honest bag count. Groups coming off a cruise routinely have more luggage than the seat count implies, and it is far better to know that now than at the terminal.
The rank, honestly
When two vessels turn around together the rank at Rozelle disappears entirely. A pre-booked car is unaffected.
A metered trip out to this district depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue.
Whatever you left with, you are returning with more. That is a vehicle decision, not a hope.
Why book the arrival
Two minutes at home saves the worst hour of the trip back.
Ships release by tag colour over a couple of hours, so we work off your word instead.
Customs, the hall and the queue for the lift are all free time on this booking.
Card, cash or PayID when you get home, with an invoice by email if you want one.
Duty free, gifts and a fortnight of washing all have to fit somewhere.
Capsules and boosters installed in advance.
The route home
From the terminal doors to your street: the usual run home to Menangle Park.
Nearby drop-offs
The towns around here are each priced separately — White Bay and Circular Quay distances are on their own pages.

Arrival questions
A fixed $199 one way for one or two passengers, up to $299 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
You message us when you are actually through, and the driver comes to the terminal doors. Cruise lines call passengers down by luggage tag across a couple of hours, so there is no booked minute to miss and no penalty for a slow morning.
No. The driver waits nearby at no charge, however long the hall takes. There is no meter on this booking and no waiting fee.
About 56 min for the 60 km from White Bay at Rozelle, and 1 hr for the 62 km from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. The slow part is getting out of the terminal precinct rather than the motorway.
Both terminals, same price. The OPT has the tighter kerb, which is why we wait nearby and come in on your message rather than sitting on it.
Tell us the bags when you book and we size the vehicle to them. On a disembarkation run the luggage usually outranks the passenger count.
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens at the end of the trip.
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. New streets, incomplete map data. A cross street at booking makes the difference between arriving and circling.
Two things a rank cannot give you: a boot chosen for cruise luggage, and a known price on a long run out of the city.
One minibus takes eleven for $299, which beats three cars from the rank on both price and on everyone leaving together.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Realistically no. It is not the distance, it is doing it with a fortnight of luggage.
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Menangle Park cruise transfers page.
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement — tell us at booking and we plan the order.
One message reschedules it, free. Itineraries move more often than flight times, which is one reason we take no deposit.
You text, we come in. No calling ahead, no guessing, and no charge for the time before the message arrives.
