Disembarkation day, without the taxi rank. Private transfers home to Douglas Park (a river village on the Nepean between Campbelltown and Picton, quiet and largely rural) from both Sydney cruise terminals, at one agreed fare paid on the day.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets disembarking cruise passengers at both Sydney terminals and drives them home to Douglas Park (NSW 2569) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is 73 km from the Douglas Park shops on Douglas Park Drive, about 1 hr 5 min; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 75 km, about 1 hr 10 min. The fare is $249 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $349 for eleven in one vehicle, and it matches the sail-day fare exactly. Disembarkation is released by luggage tag rather than a published time, so there is no booked minute to miss: you message from the terminal doors and the driver comes in, with no meter running while you queue. Nothing is payable in advance. Give us the sailing details and the pickup looks after itself. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Disembarkation adds only the set $10 pickup fee. One or two passengers pay $249 from Douglas Park.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |

| 1–2 | Sedan | $249 | one or two travellers |

| 7 | Minibus | $329 | extended families |
| 8 | Minibus | $329 | cruise passengers with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $349 | guests travelling as one group |
| 10 | Minibus | $349 | group and club travel |

Late release, long queue, public holiday — none of them change the figure you were given. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day you get home. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Disembarkation is the leg people forget. Everyone books the trip to the ship. The rank at 7am with a fortnight of luggage is the part worth removing.
Waiting when you land
The class is set from your luggage as much as your headcount, because disembarkation day is when the bags are at their worst.

The inclusions do not change with the vehicle. Every Douglas Park pickup carries tolls and GST inside the quoted fare, free child restraints fitted in advance, free waiting on the morning and no payment until the day. Seats and boot space are the only difference.
The drive home
Allow about 1 hr 5 min for the 73 km from White Bay at Rozelle to the Douglas Park shops on Douglas Park Drive, and about 1 hr 10 min for the 75 km from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Home via the M5 west and the village roads. If your street is one of the ones that floods, tell us and we will route around rather than test it with luggage aboard.
Getting out of the terminal precinct is the slow part on disembarkation morning, not the motorway. Once past the Anzac Bridge the run usually clears, and the whole of that allowance is inside the fare rather than on a meter.
Sailing out rather than home? Boarding-window timing and the sail-day fare are on the Douglas Park cruise transfers page.
How the morning actually runs
A ship does not release everyone at once, so a cruise pickup cannot be booked to a minute. It is arranged around your message from the terminal doors instead. Here is how each part of the morning works.
Disembarkation is released by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the booking does not have a slot to miss. You message when you are through and the driver comes in.
If the ship berths late, nothing changes on your side — the driver simply waits longer, at no cost.
Rebooked onto a different ship or date? The transfer moves with you at no cost.
Give us the ship and the date when you book, and message us on the morning when you are actually through. That is the whole arrangement.
Where we meet you

At White Bay the driver waits close by rather than circling Rozelle, and comes to the terminal doors when you message. There is no meter running while you clear the hall.
At Circular Quay the marshals keep the kerb moving, which means waiting on it is not an option. The driver holds close and comes in on your word.
After that the trip is yours alone: out of the terminal precinct and straight to your address. River-village streets, some unsealed at the edges, most unlit. Tell us if yours is one of the ones that floods — we will route around rather than test it.
The two terminals
White Bay at Rozelle is 73 km from Douglas Park and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 75 km. Your cruise documents name the one your ship berths at; both are met on the same terms and at the same fare.
about 1 hr 5 min · Rozelle, via James Craig Rd
Home via the M5 west and the village roads. If your street is one of the ones that floods, tell us and we will route around rather than test it with luggage aboard. Full detail on the White Bay transfers page.
about 1 hr 10 min · Circular Quay, tightest kerb of the two
The city terminal, right on the harbour, with almost no waiting room at the kerb — which is why the driver holds nearby and comes in on your message.
$249 from either terminal. Rozelle or Circular Quay, weekday or weekend, early release or late — the fare was set by your suburb and your group size.

A whole ship empties into one rank inside about two hours, and the luggage rules out most of the alternatives. Worth reading before you sail rather than while you are standing there.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $249 fixed | ~1 hr 5 min, door to door | a driver already nearby, no meter while you queue, and a price settled before you sailed |
| Train and a walk | Opal fares, plus a lift at the far end | 2 hrs or more, with the cases | White Bay has no station at all, and from Circular Quay it is a change and then still a car at the Douglas Park end — with a fortnight of luggage |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 5 min if a car accepts | the station shuts early and the village has nothing else |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 5 min plus retrieving the car | neither terminal has long-stay parking, so it means a fortnight of inner-west parking fees and then finding the car with the cases |
Neither cruise terminal has long-stay parking of its own, and neither is reachable from Douglas Park without a car at one end. The honest summary: a solo traveller with a cabin bag can make the train from Circular Quay work; two people with a fortnight of luggage cannot.
Landing as a group

Eleven disembarking passengers travel home in one vehicle for $349 — about $32 a seat, against three cars from a rank an entire ship is queuing at. Everyone leaves together, which on that morning is worth more than the saving.
Send the ship, the date, the headcount and an honest bag count. Groups coming off a cruise routinely have more luggage than the seat count implies, and it is far better to know that now than at the terminal.
The rank, honestly
Three thousand passengers come off at once and the queue reflects it. A booked driver is not in that queue.
Metered pricing on a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Yours was agreed before you sailed.
A rank car that fits four people rarely fits four people's cruise luggage. Ours was chosen for it.
Why book the arrival
The trip home is settled while you still have a keyboard and a signal.
That is the whole arrangement. No slot, nothing to miss, no penalty for a slow morning.
A late berthing or a long queue costs nothing, because there is no meter running.
Nothing taken at booking, and no cancellation fee if the sailing changes.
Cruise cases are the reason people book this leg. We plan the vehicle around them.
Fitted before the vehicle leaves, from the ages you gave us at booking.

Arrival questions
A fixed $249 one way for one or two passengers, up to $349 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
By message rather than by clock. That is the only arrangement that survives a disembarkation, where the release order is by tag colour and not by cabin number.
No. The driver waits nearby at no charge, however long the hall takes. There is no meter on this booking and no waiting fee.
White Bay is 1 hr 5 min from home, Circular Quay 1 hr 10 min. Both are door-to-door figures.
Both, each with its own published fare. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name it — from Douglas Park it is 73 km from White Bay and 75 km from the Quay.
Tell us the bags when you book and we size the vehicle to them. On a disembarkation run the luggage usually outranks the passenger count.
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens at the end of the trip.
Yes — no interchange and no shared leg. River-village streets, some unsealed at the edges, most unlit. Tell us if yours is one of the ones that floods — we will route around rather than test it.
Two things a rank cannot give you: a boot chosen for cruise luggage, and a known price on a long run out of the city.
One minibus takes eleven for $349, which beats three cars from the rank on both price and on everyone leaving together.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for the terminal.
Realistically no. It is not the distance, it is doing it with a fortnight of luggage.
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Douglas Park cruise transfers page.
Within one suburb, yes, at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly.
One message reschedules it, free. Itineraries move more often than flight times, which is one reason we take no deposit.
One text. When you are through the hall with the cases, message the number on your confirmation and the driver comes to the doors. That is the whole arrangement.
