Arriving at Badgerys Creek rather than Mascot? The run home to Razorback is shorter, untolled, and priced exactly the same. Razorback is the ridge road between Camden and Picton, with the whole valley laid out below it.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Western Sydney International and drives them home to Razorback (NSW 2571) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. There is one terminal, so the driver meets you at the single terminal's pickup point and messages you once you land, and it is 33 km from the terminal to the Razorback lookout on Remembrance Driveway, about 43 min — 32 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, on a route with no tolls. The fare is $159 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $219 for eleven in one vehicle; the Sydney Airport fare from here is $209. We track the flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no charge — a full hour of free waiting after an international landing and forty minutes after a domestic one. Nothing is payable in advance. One message covers it; nothing is charged until you are home. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Airport pickups carry a set $10 fee on top of the published fare. One or two passengers pay $159, and only the seat count moves it.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $159 | one or two travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $169 | a small family |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $169 | four with luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $179 | holiday departures |
| 6 | People Mover | $179 | two families travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $199 | extended families |
| 8 | Minibus | $199 | cruise passengers with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $219 | guests travelling as one group |
| 10 | Minibus | $219 | group and club travel |
| 11 | Minibus | $219 | the largest single vehicle |
The fare does not move because the aircraft was three hours late or because it is a public holiday. Tolls and GST are already inside it. No prepayment, no card details on file. You settle it at the door. Fares reviewed August 2026.
No queue to compare options in. Whatever the arrivals hall looks like on the day, your driver is already there and your price is already set.
Waiting when you land
We size the vehicle to the group and the cases in advance, so nothing has to be worked out in the arrivals hall.

Same service in all four. Whichever class meets your flight, the fare covers tolls and GST, the child seats are free and already fitted, the aircraft is tracked, and nothing is payable before the drive to Razorback. Only capacity separates them.
The drive home
Allow about 43 min for the 33 km from the terminal to the Razorback lookout on Remembrance Driveway. Through Camden and up the Razorback, which is the leg that matters. The climb is slow, the corners are tight and in winter the ridge is regularly in cloud when Camden below is clear.
The same drive home from Kingsford Smith is 65 km and about 1 hr 5 min, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves 32 km — and the route home carries no tolls, which is the part you notice at midnight.
Flying out rather than in? The leave-by times and departure fares are on the Razorback to Western Sydney Airport page.
Delays, diversions and late nights
A delayed flight is the normal case, not the exception, so the booking is built around the flight number rather than a clock time. Here is what happens in each situation.
Your flight number does the work: the pickup moves with the aircraft, and an hour of waiting after an international landing is inside the fare.
Forty minutes free after a domestic touchdown — usually more than the belt needs.
Diverted, cancelled or rebooked onto tomorrow? Call or message and we move the booking at no charge — nothing was paid in advance, so there is nothing to lose.
Book against the flight, never against a clock time. That is the whole trick with arrivals.
One hall, one meeting point

A single arrivals hall is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport. We meet you inside it, by name, and walk you out.
For a domestic flight it is forty minutes of included waiting, timed from when the aircraft is actually on the ground.
Then it is a single drive to the door, on a route that carries no tolls. Ridge properties with long driveways and no lighting. In fog the driver will call from the gate rather than come up blind.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 65 km from Razorback and Badgerys Creek is 33 km. If your flight lands at the older airport instead, the arrival is met with the same free waiting and the same door drop, at that airport's own published fare.
about 1 hr 5 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
The return climbs the Razorback at the end, which is the single worst leg in the district to drive tired. That is the strongest argument we can make for booking the return rather than leaving a car at the airport. Arrivals into Mascot are covered on the Sydney Airport to Razorback page.
about 43 min · no tolls on our route
Still where the long-haul network is, and where most arrivals into this district land until the new airport's schedule fills out.
$159 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteGetting home from a new terminal
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with no rail link to this district and no bus service to it. Standing in the hall at midnight is a bad time to discover that, so here are the options in advance.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $159 fixed | ~43 min, door to door | a named driver waiting past the doors, your bags handled, and a price settled before you flew |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, and it goes the wrong way | not a realistic option | the airport metro runs north to St Marys, not south toward Razorback — you would finish further from home than you started |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~43 min if a car accepts | driving yourself up the Razorback after a long-haul flight is genuinely the worst leg of any journey in this district |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~43 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left it there — and the car park layout at a brand-new airport is one more thing to work out after a long flight |
Rank behaviour, rideshare supply and parking rates at Western Sydney International will take months to settle. The honest summary for an arrival into Razorback: there is no public transport option home from this airport to this district, which is exactly why the booked car is the sensible answer.
Landing as a group

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $219 — about $20 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the rank charges on the night. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
The rank, honestly
Rideshare coverage around a brand-new airport takes months to settle. A pre-booked vehicle does not depend on it.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip of this length will cost until it ends. Our figure was fixed at booking.
The metro serves the airport from St Marys. From there to Razorback is still a car, still at whatever the meter says.
Why book the arrival
The trip home is settled while you still have a keyboard and a signal, not while you are queuing with a trolley.
One terminal, one hall, one driver holding your name — a very different arrival from hunting a rank.
Sixty minutes after an international touchdown, forty after a domestic one, with no meter running.
Nothing is charged when you book and no card is held. There is no cancellation fee because there is nothing to refund.
Tell us the children's ages at booking and the restraints are installed before the vehicle leaves.
The last arrival of the night and Christmas morning are both normal shifts for a pre-booked car.
The route home
From the arrivals door to your street: the usual run home to Razorback, leg by leg.

Arrival questions
Between $159 and $219, set by how many seats you need. The airport you landed at does not enter into it.
Past the arrivals doors, by name. The single-building layout makes this the simplest meet of any Sydney airport.
About 43 min for the 33 km, on a route that carries no tolls. From Mascot the same trip is 65 km, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves you 32 km of driving at the end of a flight.
It costs you nothing. The booking is tied to the flight number rather than a time you nominated, so the driver simply leaves later. Sixty minutes of free waiting after an international landing, forty after a domestic one.
One message rebooks it. No money has changed hands and no card is held, so a cancellation costs you nothing.
Nothing is payable in advance and no card is stored. The fare is settled when you get home.
Yes, the address you give us is where the trip ends. Ridge properties with long driveways and no lighting. In fog the driver will call from the gate rather than come up blind.
There is rail at the airport, but it heads north to St Marys rather than south toward Razorback. There is no bus either. That is the honest position.
Two things you cannot get at a rank: a known price on a 33 km run, and certainty that a car exists at all. Both matter more at an airport in its first year.
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle, at $219 for the group. Split across two aircraft, we can wait for the second or send two vehicles — your choice.
All three types, included in the fare. The ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle.
Yes — the late bank of arrivals is routine work here. Driving yourself up the Razorback after a long-haul flight is genuinely the worst leg of any journey in this district.
We are taking arrival bookings now, on the ordinary terms — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 65 km from here — meeting points, terminal by terminal, and the free waiting times are on the Sydney Airport to Razorback page.
Anything from a day ahead usually works, though the new airport's first months are likely to fill earlier than usual.
